Sent my 2 packs of DDR4 RAM but I never received a reply nor a status order from this company. They were unable to give me an answer for the status of the package I sent. I stopped trying after 5 weeks of following up. I used the label they sent to me to send back my item. I never received any money. Basically the took my RAM and I didn’t get pay. Do not recommend at all.

Based on our records, the RAM was shipped using the wrong label. The original shipping label was reused instead of the return label provided for the RAM. Unfortunately, the correct return label was not used.
Because of this, the package was not properly linked to the return, which caused the issue with tracking and processing the shipment. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, but the package was not shipped using the return label provided for the return.

Experience is easy on the company website and if you have old computer parts or electronics you need to sell this is the company to go with. Best company i have used

Simple Process
Very easy process, fair prices, regular updates, fast payment. Slight exception on 2nd order but the details were well-communicated for approval, partial payment was quick and unaccepted items were returned to me immediately. Selling my old, unused storage and memory worked out great for me.

SellGpu made it so easy to sell my used memory and sSD drives. I was cleaning out my attic collection and decided to try selling some parts I no longer needed. Instant quote upon listing and shipping label quickly sent. Shipping took about a week and inspection took 2 days due to quantity. Money was then quickly sent via PayPal

This company has terrible pricing
This company has terrible pricing, offering FAR less than what items go for even used on ebay. I sent in 2 graphics cards, a processor and 64GB of ram only to get an email saying the processor was a different model than I claimed and that I had input the ram incorrectly. They offered me $80 each for video cards I could have made at least $120 from each via ebay and I got $34 for a processor they offered me $84 for and would have sold on ebay for $120 and they gave me $100 for RAM they offered $150 for and could have sold on ebay for around $240. I HAD to use this service because I need money to buy a new air conditioner, unless you are in dire straits NEVER USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST RECOURSE.

This company is a joke, I trusted them to give me 500 in trade-in even with the ssd and ram prices going high. They receive the items on Tuesday, I get that inspection might take a while so I didn’t really mind how long that took. But right after they said they’ll pay me 436 since 2 SSDs were in poor health. I agree and they said payment will be within 24 hours of accepting. 24 hours later I’m worried wondering where’s my payment. They then email me that I won’t get paid until Monday. Absolute joke

This is my 100% honest review of SellGPU.
In my opinion, their advertising is misleading, if not outright deceptive. I accepted an offer from them for **$528** for my PC, which I thought was a fair deal.
To their credit, they included some Stanley-branded items—a water bottle and a gaming backpack—which was a nice touch. They also initially sent me the wrong shipping box, but after I contacted them, they quickly sent the correct one.
I shipped my PC, and they received it on **July 28th**. They began the inspection on **July 29th (Wednesday)**, and I was told the process should be finished by **Monday**.
When Monday came, my PC was somehow still being inspected. At that point, it had already been in the inspection process since Wednesday, including the entire weekend. I wasn't too concerned at first because they told me it would either be finished later that day or the following day.
I waited and never heard anything. The next day, I called for an update, and they told me they would expedite the inspection.
Fast forward to today. I called again because I was getting frustrated with the constant delays and runaround. They assured me the inspection would be completed that day and that I would be paid. That conversation took place around **11:00 AM**.
It is now **8:18 PM** as I'm writing this review, and I still haven't received any payment or any update.
On top of that, every time I call for information, I'm placed in a phone queue that claims there's only one caller ahead of me. After waiting for a long time, I'm eventually sent straight to voicemail.
As of right now, I cannot recommend SellGPU in good faith. Until I actually receive my payment, I have no reason to believe their promises. Even if I do get paid, the customer service experience has been disappointing. Communication has been poor, and the repeated delays have been incredibly frustrating.
Their advertising suggests you'll be paid as soon as they receive your item, but that has not been my experience. I tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but each time I reached out, I was met with another delay or another excuse instead of clear communication or results.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend using SellGPU.
