Well the longest part of this…
Well the longest part of this transaction was the shipping. During the time I shipped and the time they received my GPU AND CPU I kept getting annoying text about trusting SellGPU. So I thought maybe SellGPU was someone you can't trust. Once they received my items I was notified immediately. I was quoted at a I thought a low price. The next day I received an email stating the quote I first received was wrong, and they bumped the quote up by $55. Turns out I didn't submit the correct info. I'm the one that shouldn't be trusted. I would do business with them again. Thank you SellGPU.

Dropping a star for the box arriving on Friday and they didn’t get it inspected until late Tuesday I get people sometimes are backed up. But the front office saying we’ll get to it when we get to it was not the answer I wanted to hear when I was looking for a firm ETA. Once it was fully inspected and approved payment was very sharpish. Improve your communication business process to earn that fifth star.

I have used SellGPU on many occasions and will continue to use them for trading in of my no longer used pc parts because they give a honest and fair quote and very reliable. I have not had one problem with their service in the past or now, I highly recommend them to anyone that has parts from old previous builds laying around or even need the money for new builds in the future to give them a try, they are a very legitimate company.

terrible if you expect to get paid in a timely manner
I don't understand how this company has such good reviews My experience with them has been horrible still to this point I have been waiting 17 days now to receive my payment I understand that 7 days of that was shipping but the other 10 days is ridiculous and I continuously email them and call them and they just keep giving me the runaround about receiving my payment and I'm still yet to get paid so I think they are horrible horrible horrible and I'll never deal with them again

Best RAM sales experience I've ever had
This was the best sales experience I've ever had with a company that purchases RAM. The pricing menu is quick, easy, and straightforward. A box was shipped with protective containers and a return label, which made my life so much easier. Payment and processing were extremely fast. I was suspicious from the beginning but…
I was suspicious from the beginning but everything they claimed on their website was true. Communication through the process was excellent. Estimate I was given was honored and paid quickly.
I really don't have time to sell on ebay or the book of faces. Nor do I have patience for the stupidity or fees involved in that process. My estimate was a little less than I could get selling on my own. But the hassle and time I saved was more than worth the money.

My bad experience
Recently, I sold my PC to them for $416 which I have not received yet on my end I have proof of delivery that it arrived to them on July 7, 2026, and as of today I still have not been paid. All the person I can get in contact with have said is that they have sent a message to the team and haven’t received anything back from them yet which is very frustrating Sellgpu.com it’s showing me that it’s a 50-50 shot with them of getting paid. Basically, I got robbed out of my gaming computer by them.

Since it was never received, we opened an investigation with UPS to determine what happened.
