Best prices that I was offered. Placed order on a Wednesday, DPD collected both laptops Thursday, got email to say being checked Friday and money was in my account Saturday! Might help if a few more grades of condition were provided but overall highly recommended and would use again.

Very terrible of a company. For two days in a row they have failed to be contactable in regards to my item. Calls ring for days on end only for it to be directed to voicemail. They partner with a delivery/courier service that chooses to fail to do their part in the handover process of deliveries and lie about parcels being refused. Both accumulated causes so much stress and unnecessary back and forth with both companies (at least the delivery company are competent to answer the phone). Very terrible service and companies.
I would not recommend and I now only have more reason to doubt and would label them as fraudsters.

Used a few times now to sell 5 laptops at a time, Excellent Service you get a Text message saying Devices have been Received and the Techs all reviewing.
Once reviewed you get Paid.
Only issue l have found is with DPD you choose the day you want collection they sometimes miss that day, however they do turn up the next day.

Process of getting device to you was easy. However, you could do better with having a clearer description of what you consider 'faulty'. I selected Good condition because the device was functioning, yes there were some cosmetic scratches which are to be expected with a device of that age, and your quote was reduced for those. In the end to just get the device off my hands I accepted the revised quote.

From entering the details of my laptop through to transferring the cash into my account the process was seamless. The whole process took 6 days which included a weekend. The courier collected the device and delivered in a sturdy container. The communication from Sell Your Laptop was excellent and payment was made within 24 hours of them receiving the laptop. I’ll recommend them to anyone looking to recycle their devices.

Customer service was great, pick up was great, estimation was as originally stated, experience was good. Would recommend because it did what it said it would.
