I couldn’t recommend Sean and his team here at Sell your Problem car anymore. We had a really great car but sadly after a breakdown and the subsequent error code and estimated repair costs could potentially far exceed keeping the car. Despite it being a 2013 plate, and having to make an online enquiry to see if they’d be interested, I had a phone call and email back with a good offer within half an hour of enquiry. They were patient with us giving us 21 days on the offer whilst we settled the outstanding finance on the car. As soon as that cleared within a week, we were paid for the car, transfer of ownership via DVLA was completed and the stress was totally removed from everything. It’s the first and hopefully last time we will ever be in a position where we cannot afford to fix a car, however If you ever find yourself in this position, I couldn’t recommend sell your problem car enough. They were excellent from start to finish. I genuinely cannot praise them enough.

Happy with the offer, was very quick to collect, and paid before the car was taken away. All paperwork was taken care of, you only need to un-insure the car. Would recommend to anyone with a problem car.

The best companies dealing with good cars

Great experience from start to finish. I was given a price for my non running Citroen C3 (never buy one, awful cars) and I was paid before it was even collected. Harvey handled all of the DVLA transfer paperwork and kept me updated every step of the way. I was told the day that the car was to be collected, phoned before the driver arrived and the driver was very efficient and courteous. Obviously I don't want to be in this situation ever again but if I am, I will definitely use this company. I thoroughly recommend them.

Prompt, fair and friendly. We had a fair price, without undue delay, and immediate payment. Sean also very kindly notified the DVLA to enable a refund of our road tax. I could not have asked for more.
