I was a little unsure at first but I was desperate to get rid of my sad broken Honda. Everybody I spoke to was very polite and easy to talk to. A member of the team contacted the DVLA on my behalf and let them know I had sold the car to them and the money was in my bank account straight away.

I found dealing with Sell Your Problem Car extremely easy and, best of all, quick! I had done a lot of research, read a wide range of reviews of various similar companies - and chose these guys. Other companies I contacted would send me a quote and then a continuous flurry of emails, each time reducing the offer amount to try and panic me. But Sell Your Problem Car responded quickly after receiving my car's details with a very fair offer - and left me with it to decide. Once I accepted their offer, they immediately sent the money directly to my account and within a couple of days my car was towed away quickly and efficiently. They even dealt with the DVLA documentation. No hassle. Problem solved. Great service.

I dealt with Harvey who was friendly, efficient and helpful from beginning to end. They pick the vehicle up sooner than other companies, pay you before collecting instead of making you wait up to 3 days after the car has been collected, deal with the DVLA so you don’t have to and match prices. Hope I never have to scrap a vehicle again, but if I do I will be using SYPC. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
