I ordered the Action Bible for my son, expecting to receive the product as advertised on their website and social media ads. Unfortunately, what we received was far from what was shown in the pictures and promotional materials.

But that wasn't even the worst part.

I later discovered that I had been charged for additional products on a WEEKLY basis without my knowledge or clear understanding that I was signing up for a subscription. By the third week, another Action Bible was being shipped to me, even though I never placed another order.

After looking into it, I discovered that there was fine print stating that customers would automatically be enrolled in a Weekly Bible Trivia subscription. This was something I completely missed during checkout, and I certainly did not expect to be charged repeatedly for products I never intended to purchase.

To make matters worse, I couldn't even find an option on their website to cancel the subscription.

I ordered one Action Bible for my son, not a recurring subscription or weekly deliveries of additional products. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

careful purchasing with this company. you are automatically subscribed to their weekly subscription plan when you purchase a book from them. if you don't cancel within the first week they will keep charging you per week. I didn't know they added me to this subscription when I bought the book. I find this misleading as this is not the item I ordered but a "free add-on" that locks you in automatically.

I bought one book and received a different one. I sent an email to support and a message on Instagram, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve likely fallen for a scam.

Deceptive practices. I had my eye on a book and caught it on Senfold for significantly less than elsewhere. However, in the checkout process they added two "free" digital subscriptions to my order. The next week they began billing me for them to the tune of $15. I never opened the content, emailed them after not finding a way to discontinue the subscriptions online, and requested a refund. I was told to go the website to discontinue the subscriptions. I emailed them back and told them that I was not able to discontinue on the website, that's why I contacted them. The next day I received an email that the two subscriptions were discontinued but they refused a refund. My book order was placed nine days ago and still has not shipped. I should have ordered elsewhere. With the "free" subscriptions I have now broke even with the price elsewhere but still don't have a book.
