We were having some issues with our security system and Sentry sent a technician out to detect the problem and resolve the issue. We were pleased with their attention to the problem and concern to make sure we have the safety and protection we were paying for. They were polite, friendly and efficient making it a positive experience.

Great service but maintenance monitoring is pricy and on the higher end in competitive comparisons.

They did a great job with more features at a lower price. All is working well.

Office or inside personnel were very engaged. The outside technician was also engaged. However, it has been difficult getting them to establish and complete the follow up work. Just an area of opportunity, I would still recommend them to friends and family.

Sentry is a full service alarm provider. I have had no issues with installation or service for the past two years.

Technician was able to tie into our existing wiring and get us up and running within two visits.

We honestly don't turn our alarm on very much, but when we do, it is easy to use and we have had no issues.

The in house service was very good, but my experience with questions regarding additional services never went to anywhere.

They have contacted me immediately when issues happened - No hesitation. Always available by phone and are there to help.

We have had no issues until the other day when my wife tried to set the system and screwed it up prompting the alarm and a call to me at a remote location. The person who called kept asking for the password on the account to shut the system down and prevent a police response. I had no idea what the account password was and could not prevent the police response. I then got a call from my wife, who was panicking. She does not usually set our alarm to leave the house and screwed it up. She had tried to call the company and the number was not covered at the time. I immediately told her how to reset the keypad to turn off the alarm. I called back the alarm system number that had called me and found out that the password was actually the "keypad" pass code, which of course I knew. If this was explained at the time of the first call, the whole problem could have been averted.
