We're truly sorry to hear about your experience.
Losing a package can be incredibly frustrating, and we understand your disappointment in not receiving your tie. After you let us know the package was found torn open and the content missing, our customer service replied right way by checking with the shipping company. Once we checked and sent you the proof of delivery, unfortunately there was nothing else we could do being that the package, once delivered, is out of our company’s responsibility.
We know the tie was for a special occasion, but that specific model is currently sold out. Since the tie you ordered is sold out, we're happy to offer alternative options for immediate dispatch. Our team suggested different alternatives via email that could be shipped immediately, however we did not hear back from you yet.
If we can be of any further help do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you find the perfect tie.

Beautiful products, bought a tie and pocket square.
Service faultless.
The only reason I have not given them 5 Star is the colours as represented on their web site do not accuratley represent the actual colurs of the product.
I will buy from them again.

Package was not secure and torn open upon arrival. Half the order was missing. Unlikely to ever order from here again.

Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti di apprendere che lei abbia avuto questa percezione. La nostra intenzione è sempre stata quella di garantire un servizio trasparente e rispettoso nei confronti dei nostri clienti.
Abbiamo esaminato attentamente il suo ordine e possiamo confermare (come già avvenuto anche via email) che la bretella blu che ha ordinato è stata esattamente quella che le è stata consegnata. Inoltre ci tengo a sottolineare che non appena ci ha informati che il tono di blu non era di suo gradimento le abbiamo immediatamente offerto la possibilità di restituire il prodotto, offerta che ha gentilmente declinato decidendo di tenere la bretella.

Amazing brand with fantastic quality and fabric.
the service is fast - I received my ties in just 2-3 days.
It is a bit pricey though, but when they have discounts, it is a great value comparing what you get.
This was my first time ordering from them and I absolutely loved it. I would give them perfect 10 out of 10. Wishing them all the best! 😊

Quality on Time
I was very pleased with the quality. I purchased the scarf to complement a new suit and overcoat that my son had. The colors blended well and drew it all together with charm. He wore it on a business trip and has been very happy with it. The package arrived in good time and in fine condition.
I also purchased 2 pairs of socks and he found them very comfortable.

Beware!
Beware! Sera are claiming a Christmas offer of free shipping. Don’t be fooled. I ordered two ties (having paid them a shipping fee) and I then got a £50 invoice from their carrier. Sera have since replied saying deliveries to uk will incur these costs, but they never to of me at the outset neither did they add it to the shipping costs “not their problem” they say. So many people have thanked me for saving them from Sera mis-selling. This lack of clarity is not compliant legal practice.
