I was a bit dubious about the switch to alternative toilet papers. I worried about the quality, etc but am pleased to report that I've been very happy with Serious Tissues. I've since ordered kitchen roll and although I haven't tried it yet, it looks as good as the supermarket ones I've been buying.

Most importantly though, I contacted their customer service about an issue with my most recent order/payment. Alex was incredibly responsive and very helpful and understanding. Good customer service makes or breaks a company for me and I was definitely very impressed with the customer service here.

I'd done quite a bit of research & was impressed by the fact you're uk based, & don't use products from abroad. I've used Who Gives A Crap & Naked Sprout for years, but was looking for a company with greener credentials. I wanted a trial pack but couldn't find one with only loo roll - I didn't want tissues or the laundry sheets as well. So I took the plunge & ordered a box of 36. When I opened the box what hit me first were the huge spaces in the middle of the rolls - I can slot a cardboard tube from the other two brands inside yours! The second thing was when I touched the paper, it feels rough & flimsy, but I'm still using the last of my other brands so time will tell. Each sheet is quite small too, though the other brands I use have both recently reduced the size of each sheet to similar dimensions. Your product will have to perform miracles in use for me to justify buying more. I'm so disappointed - and I now have 36 rolls to get through, which could take me nearly 6 months!

I have always found Serious Tissues a pleasure to deal with. Their products are amazingly good value with built in care for the environment. No green washing here just excellent quality products and added care for the planet. All suppliers should take a recycling leaf out of their books.
There website is easy to understand and use. The customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced.Very helpful and polite to deal with if needed. I am very happy to have found them and will continue to do so , as long as their excellent products and service continues in this way.

Being allowed to defer/accelerate your order is sooo sensible! It means I don't have boxes of too much toilet paper, or too little.

I love that you can amend the gap between deliveries so easily. And what is not to like about never running out? The toilet tissue is soft, strong and long and best of all doesn't Cost The Earth. Thank you Serious Tissues!

i am really shocked at the quality of the toilet paper.. it is certainly very inferior to the last box i received. i was not notified that the quality would be changing. The inner cardboard tube is also so much larger. therefore less paper on the roll. A sorry case of shrink-flation. There has to be communication if a product is going to change substantially.

Nice bog roll that helps the bogs, well the forests. Would wipe again.
