Pathetic service
In past I had very good experience however with my recent order it was worst experience. They showed me the video of the product I was looking for so I ordered it and the item I ordered was out of stock so without my consent they sent me wrong item; They are not replying to my text and neither giving replacement. The customer service advisor is telling me ‘Are you going to wear that and roam around’. Is this the service your providing for your mistake for sending wrong item without my permission bcoze it out of stock. I would have not placed an order if they told me it out of stock.
I want replacement or my money back ‘Payel Chakraborty’?
