Good quality Crystals and Gemstones from this company. Each crystal is put into a sealed bag with the name of the crystal,which is much appreciated.

Sent me the wrong item. But corrected it immediately after I contacted them, and it arrived very quickly.

I've bought from this site several times over the years and about 3 or 4 times in just the last 2 months or so and I have found them to be of a decent high standard. Their end of year sale gave some reasonable discounts, but your loyalty really pays off; if you're a continuous, loyal customer, you get a constant loyalty discount of some 15% or so. It's deducted from your total automatically. It is really appreciated, especially at a time of year when money is often tight.
Regarding their stock, they often have a better range of items, especially jewellery, compared to similar sites. I have found with ordering through them that my order is usually sent out with a few days and is received promptly and packaged well.

All told, very pleased with my purchases, particularly as one item seemed to keep eluding me everywhere else. Highly recommended.

Nice product and efficient dispatch. Slight problem with the parcel address though - it went to a similar address with the same postcode (not the first time that's happened). But I managed to retrieve the parcel and the company were very responsive when I let them know.
