Je souhaitais acheter un set de 7 pièces Damas SHAN ZU, les prix constatés sur leur site Français et sur le net étant trop élevés pour mon budget, j'ai chercher et trouver la boutique SHAN ZU sur le site internet alibaba, qui vend quasiment le même kit 3 fois moins cher, il me reviendrai à moitié prix avec les frais d'envoi qui sont très élevés, l'achat de ce produit est autorisé à partir d'un article.
L'achat sur alibaba se fait sur demande au vendeur et mon interlocuteur du pseudo de "Leon Chen" prétend que l'article n'est pas disponible et me dit d'aller l'acheter 3 fois plus cher sur Amazon, or qu'il est bien disponible sur le site alibaba et que je reçois des notifications de disponibilité de l'article tous les jours.
Je ne comprends pas cette attitude et le lui ai très gentillement fait savoir, je lui demande donc de me proposer un set similaire ou une composition d'articles pour constituer un set, il ignore à présent mes messages.
Je peut prouver ce que je dis car j'ai le fil de nos conversations sur mon application alibaba.
C'est contre-productif et vraiment dommage pour le client et pour l'entreprise.

I purchased the pro series three knife set and the 8 inch bread knife. I was absolutely delighted with these knives . They fit perfectly in my hands and provide the stability for a smooth cut. The steel is very high quality. I am comfortable in recommending this great set.

I recently experienced first class service from Shan Zu after contacting them regarding a recently purchased beautiful knife set. When one of the knives was found to be damaged the customer service given to me by Kenny was absolutely 5 star service. He resolved the issue for me and ensured an extremely satisfactory result after arranging for a replacement set for me. They are beautiful knives.

They stole my money
I ordered a kitchen knife and received some kind of heavy toy knife for the garden. I am pretty sure they will never give me a refound because they don't even bother to answer. Be carefull juste after paying it's vers difficult to follow the package and you can't even see your order again. It's a BIG SCAM!!!!

I find it interesting that SHAN-ZU knives have such an appalling reputation. My experience of Shan-Zu knives is 100% positive. Maybe it is their direct sales that's the problem (as I purchased through Amazon.co.uk. I'm absolutely delighted with the Shan-Zu knives that I've purchased. Materials, quality and performance are superb. I own the Fish Filleting knife, whose performance led me to buy several other knives. So far, absolutely nothing to complain about. Yet I'm concerned to read these reviews. My family (although not myself) have been top flight Chefs for many generations. I do know what I'm looking at, and am happy to give the knives I've bought 5-Stars ratings – equivalent to WÜSTHOF blades. I'd suggest buying from Amazon.co.uk, so you have a FREE returns window. My suspension is that it's their direct sales that's the problem, as the products appear to be exceptional quality and value.

Came across this site and thought that it was legit. Bought a Nakiri Pro Series knife exactly on Womens Day, and I even left a tip, stupid me.
Never received.
Wrote several emails and also left messages on their website but none of them was answered.
Revolut are helping me recover my money back.

Habe mittlerweile vier Messer (3 der Pro Series und ein classic) und zwei Schleifstein Sets. Die Messer sind sehr gut verarbeitet, sehr scharf und auch der Griff ist top verarbeitet und liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Bei dem Chef und Santoku Messer ist es ganz egal ob Fleisch oder Gemüse, es schneiden beide problemlos durch das Schnittgut. Das kleine Schälmesser ist ebenfalls sehr gut und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Messer halten ihre Schärfe sehr gut, die klingen haben einen Härtegrad von ca 60 HRC. Das Arbeiten damit macht wirklich Spaß, auch lange Schneidarbeiten gehen ohne Ermüdungserscheinungen gut von statten.
Die Reinigung und Pflege allgemein ist sehr einfach. Nach dem schneiden einfach unter Wasser, gegebenenfalls mit etwas Spülmittel und das war's. GEHÖREN NICHT IN DIE SPÜLMASCHINE!
Auch die Schleifsteine machen einen sehr guten Job, habe damit meine anderen Messer sehr scharf bekommen mit einem, für Wasserschleifsteine normalen Zeitaufwand. Nun kann ich auch damit wieder schneiden oder bei Bedarf auch rasieren :D.

FAZIT: Habe mittlerweile einiges an Messer hier zuhause, auch gute, aber die SHAN ZU sind definitiv meine Lieblingsmesser. Scharf, sehr gut verarbeitet, optisch sehr ansprechend. Ich finde, ihren Kaufpreis sind diese auf jeden Fall wert und wer bei Amazon die Augen offen hält, kann sie im Angebot auch mal günstig schießen.

I ordered a knife which was never delivered. I requested a refund and am still waiting for my money 6 months later. I tried to solve this via PayPal conflict resolution process. They said to have sent the knife via DHL again, but nothing changed.

Never again... this is a scam!

Although i said that this company had provided excellent service, i have still not received the product and tracking would show it is still in China. I have requested a refund on several occasions now, but to no avail. I have not even received a response. My advice is to be very wary of ordering from this company online.

Where's my order?
You've stolen my money and won't reply to any of my emails, messages or phone calls.
I want my money back immediately.
Your service is disgusting, which is a pitty as I was going to buy the whole pro series collection.
Cancel my order and return my money.

i've made two different orders on their website, and for both, about a week after the purchase, they've emailed to say the item is out of stock - and some of those items still show as "in stock" on their website.
