Very professional and reputable estate agent

Even though neighbourhood based agency, they are not clear about charges that you will have to pay ... we are having to pay annual fees as landlords which were never explained or spoken about during our initial meetings. Nothing was signed.

Great well vetted tenants and quality advice

Very reliable, sensible letting agents. Shaws team seem to stay with the company, which gives good continuity. They are particularly helpful and take care to understand what sort of tenant the landlord wants. I recommend without hesitation.

My nephew recently rented a flat through Shaws and I was pretty appalled at the process. The agent was dismissive of a dangerous, rusting wire in the bathroom and very poor, broken furnishings throughout. When pushed, the agent said "the landlord is a bit difficult and I'd rather not raise these issues". I expected better of Shaws to be honest.
