Never even recognized one single song. Even tested very common songs, nope. Absolutely useless.

Absolutely useless. Had it two months and so far it has been unable to identify almost every track requested. Deleted.

Apple buys shazam, now it can't find a thing, can't even find its way through the dark, it's dead. Had the app for epochs, before Apple took it, and I could be sitting in a busy noisy restaurant and it would find the muz in the background but now, if it isn't accociated with Apple it ain't doing shite.

I have to be honest 12 months ago it would find any snippet of music but as of July 2025 the last 10 songs I have tried to find it either says sorry we can't find it or gives me the wrong song!
Looking for an alternative as it's just a waste of storage space....

Cette application est incapable de trouver des titres hors sentiers battus et même commercialisés.
Par contre si c'est un titre de Céline Dion aucun problème. En fait elle ne sert pas à grand-chose !

Shazam non riconosce nulla.
Non riconosce brani famosissimi della musica classica (l'ultimo insuccesso clamoroso è con la famosissima Sinfonia italiana di Mandellsohn).
E poi non riconosce brani recenti o brani rock reinterpretati.
Insomma, Shazam è inutile

Die Musikerkennung ist gut. Ich höre fast nur klassische Musik, und da fehlt leider der Hinweis auf den Komponisten. Kann man das ergänzen?

Unfortunately Shazam misses the mark with most Smooth Jazz & Soul music,mostly from You Tube.
Brilliant concept,but doesn’t cover all genres.

It can't identify small snippets..

Its ability to find any song has dropped significantly ! Not talking about specifics remixes or cover. It is terrible !

I will give zero if I could, utterly useless and a pure waste of time
