The Star Trek 60th Anniversary solar garden stake light I ordered arrived broken, and does not match the images displayed on the Sheown website. I'm communicating with their customer support but they keep asking for more photos instead of providing a useful solution.
Edit: I forgot to mention the extremely poor craftsmanship.

I recently purchased a turtle & octopus loo roll holders - super cute, better than I thought they would be considering some of the comments. Well made, different - delivery was quick considering they were shipped from US to UK, well package - very happy!

The product arrived timely and undamaged.
However, I was disappointed in the actual size of the product. I’ll know better next time to evaluate it better.

They advised a fluffy stuffed animal & a pillow in a cute tin.
When I opened it no fluffy stuffed animal, it was a very small hard animal, nothing like the picture!

Cute likeness. Considering that the artist was working from one photo the detailing was pretty accurate. It would be easier to get the best results if they would allow the client to upload a front view and a profile view of the pet they are reproducing in duck form. From order to delivery it took about a month so be patient.

Much smaller than anticipated: quite ordinary and simple.
Wouldn’t purchase another one

I ordered an item that arrived broken. It looks like at one time someone had tried to glue the broken part back together. The item was much smaller then advertised. I have heard nothing from the company. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I have sent a second email to the company. I will see what happens. Still I have heard nothing.

I ordered a Extra large shirt which was way to big. Was told I could exchange it. However when sent them the pics they indicated it wasn't their website site. All the emails I 've received was from their. Email address-, even the I responded to with the picture. Trust in this company went from 10 to 2.

Something different for a cat mad granddaughter. Really good price. Was kept informed about where it was and when it would be delivered

Unfortunately I've not had a good experience with these people. I see they're based in Hong Kong. I placed an order 3/08/26, and still waiting! They blame courier and courier blames them? I'm stuck in middle and someone seems to be lying(possibly). They certainly don't do customer service as replying to emails non existent.

I spent $28 on a little 2x3 notepad that hasn't even have lined paper in it and the picture that they put on the outside looks nothing like the one I sent them. What a ripoff.

Ordered a non personalised item plus urgent shipping because it was for a birthday gift. Took 6 days to prepare despite the shipping information page saying 1-3 days and my order not being personalised. Birthday passed because of the prep delay so I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request cancellation/shipping refund, they didn't even acknowledge the request and dispatched anyway. Item still arrived a day later than the urgent delivery timeframe. Item doesn't even look like the picture.
