Ordered a non personalised item plus urgent shipping because it was for a birthday gift. Took 6 days to prepare despite the shipping information page saying 1-3 days and my order not being personalised. Birthday passed because of the prep delay so I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request cancellation/shipping refund, they didn't even acknowledge the request and dispatched anyway. Item still arrived a day later than the urgent delivery timeframe. Item doesn't even look like the picture.

I ordered an adorable keepsake tin with a little ginger cat and pillow. What arrived was a cheap hard tiny toy thinly covered in felt, a bigger pillow in a tin. I have pictures, they look NOTHING alike. I contacted them for a refund. They offered 15% refund and keep the item. I wrote back and said I wanted a FULL refund and it was very poor quality and their site offers 90 day FULL refund. I attached a copy of the refund. They wrote back and offered 50% refund and keep the item, because shipping is expensive. I paid $34.99, $5.99 of which was shipping. RIP OFF! I paid through Paypal, so I am disputing it there. We'll see what happens. Cheap junk! Customer service is at least speedy, even though they didn't agree with me. Delivery was ok, even from China. They made a lot of money for junk. Buyer Beware!

Bought a solar lamp Starship Star Trek; $58,78 C Visa; CIBC advise of potentially fraud; blocked my card but too late, charge already appeared; checked the rating and saw it was rated 4*; unblocked my card; told them to proceed with the order after they sent me an email saying they were not fraudulent; trusted them. Got a tracking number. Trying to see where my order is; all I get is that order doesn’t exist; sent 3 emails at “sheown” as indicated on site; they didn’t even have the decency to follow up or give information about order. My bank was right: this site has a fraudulent behaviour.

Today, aug. 26, 2026, they sent an answer to Trustpilot to my attention: please contact us at support@sheown!!! I sent a fourth email!😠

Finally, after 4 emails, we’ve settle the problem. They sent the purchase after over a month almost of waiting, a lot of trouble to write them and making a review to trust pilot. So, here I can say although it was difficult, they finally sent the order.

I got the purchase about 30 minutes ago and couldn’t stop laughing! The object is cheap, doesn’t correspond to what they show on advertising, finished with stickers on the side that will definitely not hold long in rain, etc. in short, like many other Chinese companies, they show one thing and send you another. But anyway, I won’t go through the trouble and hassles of returning this poorly crafted object; I’ve had enough of this company. Maybe they’re good with jewels and cheap stuff but for $58,78 for this piece of crap they shamelessly call an outdoor artifact, definitely not worth it. Got caught once again… 😂

You know what? From now on, I’m through with ordering stuff from China…Nothing like shopping and see what you’re buying with own eyes!

After posting review here on Trustpilot, customer service finally got back to me and after a few emails, offered first a refund of 15% ($8,58) and then $12,80…
I finally accepted their offer in order to close the matter…

The photos on the website show the size of the tiles larger than they are. There is no information on the exact size. They are only 4" x 4". The mosaic pieces are also smaller than advertised. They are not the same colors or shapes as shown on the website

The duck cat we received today looks nothing like our cat in the picture we sent. What came was mostly brown with a few black stripes. Our cat is mostly black with lots of gray/white stripes.

Ordered 2 mosaic pictures delivery was okay but charged an exorbant amount of money when I checked my bank account, when products arrived nothing likevwhat I had bought and paid for. Absoultly a total rip off this business should be closed down Lesson learnt I will never purchase any product o line again.

I bought the plush bunny in tin. It is not even close to what is advertised. It’s a hard toy - nothing stitched nothing soft. The hinged tin box does not exist either. It’s a plain metal box with a top.

Caveat Emptor or Buyer Beware certainly applies here. Bought the octopus glass from the 3D Ocean Animal Artisan Glassware Collection. Rip Off. Cheap, thin fragile glass, shoddy artistry on the painted octopus and it took over 6 weeks to get it. I bought it as a special gift for someone and was extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship (especially given the elevated price of the glass). Picture a fast food ad showing their product in all its glory compared to what you actually receive in the drive thru. Never again…
