The quality of Shinesty is undeniable...I've been wearing them for 3 years.
They also shine in customer service. Every time I reached out for help they responded fast and helped me.
Now, I wear Shinesty comfortably along with my sons.

I must say that this has been the very best experience with customer service I’ve ever had. The gentleman Kelvin took care of me and my order so quickly it was absolutely amazing. He checked to make sure everything was not only as I expected, but better. A mistake made by the post office caused my order to be returned. Kelvin found it and even swapped the pants for a larger size and expedited the shipping and now that’s what I call customer service every company should have someone like Kelvin.

I have an ongoing monthly order for socks—love having a new pair! But for some reason, the shipment was taking weeks rather than days to arrive. The customer support team stuck with me, determined the problem, and have resolved it to my advantage! It’s been a great experience.

I first discovered Shinesty at an airport kiosk a year ago. I have been buying their products ever since. They feel great, wash very well, and look awesome. There was a small glitch (wrong style/size) with an order I placed last week. The company offered an immediate solution, credited my account, and has already shipped a replacement. Now that is what I call customer support and care. They deserve the five stars!

I ordered my first subscription with a promo they had, so to start I got a great deal on a pair of boxers and socks of my choice. I didn't realize orders came in USPS, so I used my address which means it was sent to my post office and sent back to sender. I was going through a lot at that moment, so I hardly paid attention to my order, but the shinesty customer service was on it. They emailed me and I apologized and informed them if it was USPS it would have to be to my POBox. We got that settled and they had it immediately fixed and back out to me. I'll admit I was going through so much, I didn't really respond after giving my POBox but their customer service did not skip a beat. They kept me updated, asked me questions, located my order, fixed my address and got it resent immediately. I just picked up my order today and the quality of these boxers and socks are amazing. This whole company is a great company and I appreciate their care and quality in their products and in their company. I will be a lifetime subscriber to a company and product like this. Thank you shinesty.

My bf LOVES his monthly subscription. After a couple yrs of having it we briefly cancelled due to an excessive amount of boxes however the second he needed more we restarted. 10/10 recommend.

Not a Company that anyone should do business with.

These guys have pretty amazing underwear very durable from the men’s side. Just recently bought my first pair for my wife. She is extremely critical of what female underwear should do. She was happy with the first pair bought my second pair noticed a very small flaw but the team at customer support at Shiesty took care of it no problem 100% satisfaction and guarantee is a real thing with these guys.

I've had a subscription for several years, that I needed to cancel, but couldn't figure out how to do so. I reached out for support, and not only got the cancellation taken care of, but the most current order stopped and a refund issued. GREAT service.

My order never showed up, I emailed them got ahold of customer service and they got me squared away pretty quickly and sent a new shipment without a hassle. I have no complaints, their product is great most comfortable boxers you’ll ever put on. A little spendy but the subscription is worth it you’ll get them a bit cheaper.

I found Shinesty by chance while traveling. I saw their booth at the Denver airport, and their unusual and unconventional design immediately caught my eye, so I got a couple of undies for my boys, husband, and myself. My guys loved them, The fit was perfect, and the comfort level… unreal. These are seriously the most comfortable undies I’ve ever worn. Soft, breathable, and they actually stay in place! I sent an email to their customer service suggesting a feature to their female line and to my surprise a got a quick and friendly response, totally open to receive feedback, that was genuinely awesome! So, from start to finish, my experience was top-tier. About the product itself? Even better. You can tell they put real thought into both quality and customer experience. Highly recommend!

Love this company!

My husband loves these and won't wear anything else! He had to have emergency surgery on his inner thigh and they had to cut a bit out. These are the only underwear that didn't make crazy with his injury. The prints are fun and the material is really comfy. I've only had to contact customer service twice in the last several years and each time the response was quick and hassle-free. We also like that you have the ability to skip a month if you need to. Definitely recommend!
