Best Naturals Reviews

Customer service is a scam!

I clearly requested a refund and followed all the return instructions provided by Best of Natural. Despite this, they deducted the return shipping cost from my refund. When I questioned the deduction, I was given several different explanations which contradicted each other.

I provided evidence, but they refused to reconsider the deduction and told me they considered the matter closed.

Very disappointing experience. Not worth it.

Fast delivery and reasonably priced

Product came very fast. Thank you.

Best Naturals is the best!!! Best Naturals St. John's Wort and Oil of Oregano is the only brand I will purchase now after trying them. And the price is great also. Ordering process is as easy as it can get. I will definitely place more orders in the future.

I used these calcium and D3 before excellent product

The absolute worst customer service ever, and they blamed me.
I had to send them multiple email explaining that their serving size was wrong and that they got me extremely ill.
I tried to tell them that 1/2 of a tablespoon was more than 2 grams. And that I was Taking 5 grams per day.
This is what they sent me .

The product label states that the serving size is 2 grams, equivalent to 1/2 tablespoon, and advises taking 2 grams as a dietary supplement or as directed by your healthcare provider. The label does not recommend a specific higher daily dosage.

I cant believe you know nothing about your product. the studied dosage is 3.2 to 6.4 grams. not only that THIS IS THIER LABLE

Directions: Take 1/2 level tablespoon 3 to 4 times daily, mixed into 8 fl oz of water or a preferred beverage.

so they try to make it my fault but by their own product label i was taking 2 tablespoons a day. (double almost triple the recommended dosage)

So they had me overdosing on their product.
After all that they finally sent this
Thank you for following up, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the serving size information on the label.
You are correct that 1/2 tablespoon is more than 2 grams for this powder. The intended measurement on the label was 1/2 teaspoon, not 1/2 tablespoon. This was a printing error on the label, and we sincerely apologize for the mistake

When I receive the product, then I can give you a more detailed description of what the product has done for me.
Thank you 👍

The customer service representatives on their website are incompetent and won't offer me a replacement product. There are better brands of vitamins and would not suggest buying this brand. Had a bad experience with a employee through email messaging.

Easy ordering! Great product!

QUICK DELIVERY!!! THANKS!!!

I got exactly what I ordered. No problems and it didn’t take long to get.
I have ordered before and was happy that time also.

Best Naturals seems to have excellent quality supplements at a reasonable price. I have ordered two times from them and each time received the best price and (having met the minimum for free shipping) received free shipping. While you could buy their products from Amazon, ordering direct gets their products even faster into your hands it seems. They ship from NJ from what I have seen. They will continue to be my supplier of supplements and I am sincerely happy with them.

I am receiving and paying for the order twice in error. Now I have twice the COQ-10 that I require and I paid twice. Your emails are very confusing.

Consistent quality in packaging and delivery practices. Ease of ordering. Reliability as far as the entire process. Thank you!

Great reputable seller for folks who are trying to dodge mainstream medicine. No complaints. 10/10

I am allergic to corn so I couldn't purchase other brands you would find in a pharmacy or retailer such as Walmart. I was led to Best Naturals by some online research. I am very happy with the price for the amount of product I received. I was very impressed in how quickly they were delivered my the shipment came within two days of ordering. I will defiently use Best Naturals products and website the future for my supplements.

I have used this company several times without complaint. This time, however, 1 item was completely misrepresented and it contained one component that I did not want and would never order. It was not disclosed on the item description as well. So far the company has not replied to my request to return the item. The item was labeled "magnesium glycinate" but the first ingredient was magnesium oxide. Practitioners roundly do not recommend the oxide salt and I don't want it, as well. If this is not addressed, I will not use this supplier again.

Aside from the tablets arriving crushed, I am satisfied.
