Update my cheque came through today !!! Happy days . I originally received my letter September notifying me of the amount I would get .
STILL WAITING !!!!
This is getting ridiculous!!! Keep updating everyone,
Still waiting for PPI cheque refund from September, I would like to know an email address to complain to then as reading upon here I see no-one is receiving their refunds so I will go to the financial ombudsman. I would be interested if anyone does get their cheque if they could update on here.

I had 3 accounts with shop direct, but with a very severe illness,I had to stop work,and which Im still suffering from. So stress doesnt help, I defaulted and they were sent to a debt collector, I then discovered recently, I was paying PPI on these accounts which means this would of covered my monthly bill,with them, So it impacted on my credit rating,for no reason,and now trying to get PPI paid back, I was told 21 days, then 35 days,Its now 40 days and still no sign of the cheques,I asked if the amount due would pay off some of my balance at the debt company, or would it come to me,No one could tell me, Said I,d get a ring back, guess what no call, Having seen how many people have waited months for their cheques,guess I wont find out anything for quite a long time,If at all, its disgusting they put this on your account and dont tell you,you default due to illness,and they still dont tell you you,re covered,and then they wont pay you the PPI back,This is tantamount to theft,!!!!

Been awaiting Ppi refund since April 2019 said theyd cheques to old address then got told they had to do a cheque check which would take 21 days .Then got told they were 2 week behind back in july still no payment.Received a email stating they were running a month behind excuses excuses

10 weeks and I finally have my cheque for ppi no compensation as promised if it went over the 8 weeks

I applied for PPI in November 2018. Sent me letters asking for more information which I sent in. Didn't hear anything for months and when I rang was told no one to take my call. I spoke to someone eventually who said my paperwork had not been received so I resent it and then contacted them to confirm it had been received. I again eventually spoke to someone in April who told me a letter had been sent to me in February 2019 which I hadn't received, was told they would 're send it. They didn't! I have emailed them numerous times and rang with no joy. In August I contacted the ombudsmen about them I've had enough of lies, stalling tactics and being ignored. It is now October and 11 months has gone by since my original claim. I'm still waiting to hear the outcome of my complaint. This company is abysmal.

As with lots of other people, I am waiting for a PPI refund that went back to 1993. I was told on 29th July that my cheque would be with me in 21 days however they didn't say which year this would be as I am still waiting. I can't get through on the phone, they cut me off after 30 minutes. This is absolutely appalling, they have had my money for a long time and are still hanging onto it. I have a PPI company working for me and they can't do anything either although they sent their invoice out pretty quickly too. I'm at a loss as to how to get my money back now. Maybe Watchdog can help :(

Absolute waste of space waiting on ppi phoned on numerous occasions to be past on to other departments then told I would receive a call back which never happened twice.Surely I should be able to claim more for there incompetence.And to top it off they are still sending my bill out on time what happens if I don’t pay it I will end up with a charge.No more custom from me absolutely fuming

Received letter 16 july was entitled to ppi payment £800 said cheque would be with me 14 to21 days am still waiting rang numerous times kept waiting then told pack of lies like will be with you by end of week am fed up with this I am going to financial ombudsmen to see what advice they can give

I would have given no stars if possible. I ordered a buy now pay later item. I received an invoice the following month for a minimum payment of £3.75. I thought this was strange but was happy to pay £30 anyway so this is what I did. The following month I received my statement with a red ‘account in arrears, written on it. I queried this with customer services who told me that the £3.75 was in relation to p&p which as I paid £30 against the item not the p&p I was therefore in arrears. Even though with other buy now pay later purchases made with them p&p has been part of the buy now pay later deal which made this particular statement confusing. They were dismissive said they were right and put a missed payment mark on my Experian credit report. Will be closing my account with them and I will be taking to trading standards also

As with others awaiting PPI cheques (x2!). Stay on phone for about 31 mins and they cut you off! On the odd occassion I have gor through they say someone will phone me - never happened. Text message 2 weeks ago said they'll have the cheques in 2 weeks....... C'mon Shop Direct play fair! You were quick enough to take my money now you should pay it back, So angry right now I think I might have to get the FOS.....

I am now starting to wonder if any cheques are actually being issued. I have tried a ridiculous amount of times to get through via phone and either cannot get through of just get told a pack of lies. Fuming with shop direct :(

Told a manager would call be back on 5 occasions...still noone has called. What on earth do we have to do....if I knew where they were based I would go there in person to collect the cheque!

I'm still waiting for my PPI cheque,got told 21 days and that was 24 th July,then received a text saying sorry for delay we aim to have your cheque with you by 2 weeks and still nothing!! Takes ages to get through by phone and am starting to get really angry,l don't understand why taking so long to send a cheque,l was told on 30th July when l rang that it had been issued that day!

Still waiting for a ppi refund they agree I'm entitled too, on 20/7/19.

Told on 26th July I would receive a PPI refund via cheque within 21 days and I am still waiting. Now day 35. When I eventually got through to them they told me 21 days had now moved to 35 days and I would be sure to receive it by then. Still nothing. Try to call and get put on hold. Told waiting time no more than 10 minutes however I have been waiting over an hour on several occasions and cant get through. Please can anyone tell me if they have received their cheque as I am starting to worry it may never come. Terrible customer service - unable to get answers or speak to anyone.

Had letter 11 july off them saying cheque will be 14-21 days !!! still waiting, been told next few days several times from and now cant even get hold of them. I WOULD STAY AWAY OFF THIS COMPANY ....

Shop Direct Sold PPI to my Mother who was 78 years old. They won't refund for the two accounts they sold PPI on.

Been told i have two PPI refunds to come back ftom Shop Direct totalling £494 mid July got letters saying cheques would be sent out in next the 21days thats now gone and been told could be another 4weeks . Got confirmation im entitled to the refund cant see what the delay is all they need to do is send the cheques

Have been waiting for my ppi cheque for seven weeks. Have called them a few times and after being on hold for about 40 minutes they still have no idea where my cheque is. They keep moving the date further away of when I can expect it. Awful company

Absolutely disgusting company. Owe me £4000 in PPI and waiting over 5 weeks for the cheques - when you call the call centre says there is no one to escalate the complaint to and they will ask finance to do a cheque trace but can't tell me when I will receive the cheque. What a joke. Now escalating to FOS as there is nowhere else to go - thieves and scammers, never shop with Littlewoods or Very.

Don't bother trying with a PPI refund from this joke of a company. Letter received within 8 week time frame saying would receive a cheque with 21 days. Suprise Suprise, nothing since. Now pushing 6-7 weeks after the first letter. Rung numerous times and all I am told is, we have passed this on and will call you by the end of today.. 5 days ago! Different people give you different answers all the time and seems like they can run wild as never a manager available.

Will definitely be escalating this higher.

No wonder i stopped shopping with them in the first place.
