Order placed on the 1st November, still no order now on the 28th November. I’ve called and emailed constantly to be told my order was delivered. Which is wasn’t!! I’ve argued this, with me constantly calling and trying to get through for atleast half hour each time to be told someone will email me so more waiting around and to be told to use the online chat that does not ever work as it always says offline!! Never will I order from this shop again. The company has gone downhill massively and I’m still without my order that is in someone else’s shed apparently so they will not refund me or send me out replacements!!

I’ve ordered about 3 times recently and all arrived in a week, one was just over.
This last order had zero communication it was on its way I just had a email from EVRI.
The money randomly went back into my account a few days before delivery then went back out again. I thought it had been cancelled so emailed them but I didn’t get a response. But it’s arrived anyway. It’s put me off ordering again unless it’s something that I really want that I wouldn’t be able to get elsewhere.

I love Disney but would expect since only London and Dublin shops are in operation in UK/IE they'd have a good experience for online orders but this doesn't happen. I've ordered probably 10 parcels the last year and all of them take 2 weeks to come, they get dispatched 1 week after being ordered, they mention express delivery but no matter what address I input this never appears, they can't be bothered with it. Also, sometimes I see something available, buy it and then get a cancelation email saying no stock, such disappointment. Really not good shopping experience, even careless, I'd say.

Ordered a personalised Christmas present, thought delivery was taking a while and 10 days after my order was placed Disney emailed saying my order had been cancelled as they didn’t have the stock and this was showing incorrectly on their website. Do not order Christmas presents off their website since it’s faulty and you will not receive them! Terrible service

Similar to others, ordered large Lego set for Christmas present on 20 November 2023. 5 days later, the day after Black Friday, where I could have picked up other offers, I get an e mail saying ‘we made a Boo!’. They cancelled the order due to their system ‘freaking out’. Useless!

First time ordering, so happy with my purchase. Placed my order on the 16th November and items arrived 27th November well packaged. I noticed the items I purchased were reduced further but I can’t complain as they are very good quality. Will definitely be back!

Ordered some items (nearly a month ago!) and realised immediately that I’d ordered the wrong soft toy (Lady, instead of Tramp). Immediately clicked on “amend order” link, giving all details…heard nothing…emailed again and was told (via the automated email) that in order to “amend” you must do so within 30 mins of ordering…I DID!! Anyway, after waiting nearly a month, got an email saying it’s on its way, no amendment was done despite several emails. Waiting ages on the phone which tells you that the “chat online” is quicker…the “chat online” is ALWAYS “OFFLINE”! Come on Disney, your “customer service” isn’t fit for purpose. You need to do better than this! 😡

A few weeks ago the website had a one day event with 20% off everything. I ordered a Jack the Pumpkin King doll, a Sally doll and an Abu teddy. Nearly 2 weeks later, I received an email telling me that I was being refunded for the Sally doll and Abu teddy. I was so disappointed as my little girl loves Sally. Anyway, I looked on their website and yes, Sally was now out of stock - but Abu wasn’t!?!?!? I phoned up and they confirmed Sally was not available but that Abu was. I basically had to order Abu again at full price with delivery on top. I phoned again, annoyed that it was going to cost me more money for something that was not my fault, and was told that once I received Abu, I could phone back and they would refund me the delivery cost and the money I should have saved from my original order.

Just had an email now, over a week and a half later, telling me to expect delays due to a problem at their warehouse.

Do not order Christmas presents from this company. It is not worth the stress or hassle. To get the Sally doll - I have had to buy off a reseller on Ebay. The doll should have cost me £15.75 in the sale (£21 full price). I have just paid £35. More fool me, maybe - but that doll was definitely available when I placed my original order with shopDisney.

Ordered 2 items on 8th Nov, with an estimated delivery date of 16-17 November. The first item came on 22nd November, and the other on 25th. This was after 3 emails, 2 of which were blatantly ignored.
Whilst the products are lovely, communication is dire.
However, 5 stars to Amazon for doing their bit and delivering the parcels when they said they would.
Next time I will just buy the items from Amazon, they seem to know what they are doing, unlike shopDisney!!

Ordered on 8th Oct and still waiting for some items.Called disney 5times 3hrs waiting,talking and keep reordereding my mickey and after 4 orders then cancelled it tonight So unfortunately my baby cuz is without and customer services are obviously lying and saying order on way,they give u wrong delivery tracking orders n well 3 missing mickeys.Dont offer a service if you can't provide it.Infact this is giving disney a bad name esp after last Yr kids were without there gifts.come on 8th of Oct n now its 25th of Nov n for all the stress n hrs calling them whoop whoop u get free delivery bloody joke of a company

No communication, did receive my parcels after 3 weeks, one was seperated into 2 parcels but wasn't told, they only arrived after sending multiple emails it's as if they forgot about my order! Yet they didn't reply to these emails anyway!! I shop from Disney every Christmas and I've never experienced this before! I won't be returning eventhough the products were lovely!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Won’t accept screen shots from their own courier’s app as proof of a return. Won’t refund even though they’ve had the goods back. I would go as far as to call them thieves!

Just another bad review to add to the collection, ordered x1 Home Alone Lego set, was show as in stock and processed the transaction, happy to take the money! 5 days later still not received it but instead received an email cancelling my order saying there out of stock. Hope they go bust and people shop elsewhere. I should have read the reviews first but being Disney I trusted them. Just avoid or be disappointed.

Very poor!! Offer blue light discount but then for no reason double the postage cost when you add the code. Very underhanded tactic to nullify the discount! Standard shipping for the same product was 2 differing prices depending on if you add a blue light discount! POOR!!

Absolutely Awful customer service & company.
I've been waiting 17 DAYS & counting now for my order, and it hasn't even been dispatched! I have not heard anything from you, no updates or apologies.
I feel this is totally unacceptable and very poor customer service.
Yoy deserve to lose all your customers and hopefully go bust!

Terrible customer service.
I ordered birthday presents that arrived a week late. When I called to cancel the order it was refused and I was told 'there was nothing they could do' even though the order hadn't been packed and shipped. I then received it, needing to return as no longer had use for the items was told they couldn't access the returns company and I'd have to wait. I am out of pocket no apology and having to spend my days contacting for updates.

Took over 3 weeks for delivery, awful communication, didn't send all my items despite them still being on sale on the website and still selling them through Amazon from shop Disney, absolutely appalling service

My parcel arrived today. It took a full two weeks to come even though on my order confirmation email it said it would take 10 days to arrive. Only got my dispatch email yesterday. Disney are being slow at the moment due to technical issues but it does say this on the website. If you order expect a long wait. As long as you order early for when you need it by. you should be fine.

ordered 3rd of november estimated delivery date was 14th november , it is now the 22nd of november , ive had no communication , i phoned up on the 15th of november to be told there are delivery delays , yes i know this as it stated it when i ordered but this is now taking the biscuit , was also told on the phone the order cannot be cancelled at all as well and no refund can be sent !! £65 down the drain .. do not order unless you want to be disappointed
