THE AGENT PROMISSED A FIRST TIME BUYER DISCOUNT OF 10% BUT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER THEY SAID SORRY YOU DONT HAVE A DISSCOUNT CODE. I THINK THIS IS UNETHICAL BUSSINES PRACTICE.

so shoplet is a scam its says 20percent off first time buyers and 110 percent price match guarantee I was told I get neither with no explanation at all. Kristen r. is all I got from and email with no ext number to call her. I also called for a manager and I was told no one was available then they hung up on me when I told them it was illegal to false advertise not once but twice this operation is a total scam and I will be emailing the attorney general of New York and Florida where I live. they are the worst for a first time experience! no one should shop her again shame on you another example of fraud false advertising and greedy corporate America I hope this gets some ones attention until then don't buy from these people.

Customer service sucks. Had damaged items and they claim it takes 10-15 business days to get a reshipment, even though the original shipment took two days to ship and receive. They definitely don't care about trying to get things out in a timely manner, especially when I can't use the items I have until I receive the rest of the order. So frustrating!

Waited weeks for an item. Sent their support an email on Monday, and didn’t receive a reply back until Thursday saying they can’t cancel the order because they shipped it out that day. Had they cancelled the order Monday when I send the email request, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Their support is HORRIBLE.

They sent the wrong item. They want me to print a label, affix it to the package, drop it off at the store and I will wait to get my money back once they have received it. Garbage service. Certainly won't be using this again.

The customer service agent was a bit slow in her response to me. Your website is horrible and did not tell me that I had to add a billing address first. Do better please.

Quality product at a good price. This is a repeat purchase of the product, which was easily done via the website. Previous delivery was done in a timely manner.

Ughh, had to try like 3 time for the order to go thrrough. It gave the option to use paypal as a payment option but would not work.

Canceled my purchase without notifying me while still sending delivery updates

We purchased 2 Fellowes LX22M shredders on 7/10/23. One sensor wasn't working, and the other was broken. Emailed documentation to Fellows, rep responded, "...receipt shows you purchased LX22M but you received LX190. Contact Amazon for a refund/replacement." I contacted the seller and was sent 2 shipping labels. We shipped them back 7/20/23. We were refunded for 1, I sent a message on Amazon to the seller. This is the response I received on 8/24/23, "Thank you for your patience. We would like to let you know that we are still working on this case. We have requested the warehouse to check their inventory as both return labels show delivered.
We'll get back to you once we get more updates.

Both labels were delivered, it's not my fault that their warehouse isn't showing the correct inventory. Plus, they sent the wrong model so which model are they looking for?... To date, 11/6/2023 we still have not received a refund and I can no longer review the seller on Amazon.

I ordered 2 cases of copy paper at 4:15 in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day! Even better, Shoplet.com has the best price for the brand of paper we use.

I ordered stickers in a specific color. The order arrived, completely wrong color in the package. I double check to ensure that I didn't make the mistake, and I didn't. I immediately contact customer service, explain the issue. They say they'll get back to me. A day later, they say they didnt have the color that I ordered, and just sent these wrong-ones anyway. I told them this won't work, we need a return. 2 days later I get a return label.. its for a UPS shipment. I reply to them that we can't work with UPS as we're rural and the closest UPS store closed. The nearest was 30ish miles away. Nor response for 2 days. Then I file another return, a fresh return explaining that we need a USPS label not a UPS label.. no response. 2 days after that I get a response telling me to look for the UPS label they attached. Suffice to say I would up driving 60+ miles (round trip) to make this return to the worst possible customer service. Shameful waste of my time and resources.

I order from Amazon and I am always missing items when it comes to SHOPLET the party shipping the items. I am always having a problem with SHOPLET.
Everytime, I have to inquire about what happen to my Items, NEVER FAILS!!!!!

Horrible company!! Buy from someone else, this company is not worth it. They are not honorable and screw people over.
