Exceptional experience
Ordering my items by letting them shop for me was perfect! Also, any questions I had were answered timely. Shipping to the US is now a little problematic, but they worked to find the most economical solution. Received photos of items packed for shipping. They were very well packed and I'm not expecting any issues when I receive them. Will definitely use again.

Impressive service with great value for money
At first I was a little skeptical, since I had already used more popular Korean proxy shopping services. However, I quickly became very impressed with Shop ‘n Ship!
Their pricing is very competitive, and I felt like the fees were very fair compared to other services. The website works quite well and overall the process was smooth from start to finish.
Looking forward to getting my items and one day using their services again.

Great experience, trustworthy service
Despite the time difference, the order was processed quickly. Payment via PayPal was seamless. Depending on the country, you have to expect high shipping costs, of course, which didn't surprise me. Shipping with FedEx was very fast. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would order again.

I used their proxy service. They were able to buy my items, able to answer when the package was coming, and made the box smaller so the shipping price would be less. The items were well packed.

Fast purchasing, assembly and order shipment
Thank you so much for such an excellent service and partnership. We use it as B2B for delegating partial delivery from Korea for products that we don't currently have in stock in our online store.
Fast purchasing, assembly and order shipment. Responsive support, they always respond and help.
The only downside is that they have a small selection of delivery methods to different countries. Also, it's worth noting that delivery costs more than other competitors.
For other services, it works out about the same, but this is compensated by the responsiveness and speed of work of the guys in the company.
I hope the guys can fix this without losing the quality of other services, then it would be simply wonderful.

The fact that shipping cost me $50 AUD after already upcharging and paying for the products. LIKE AN EXTRA $50 IS INSANE?!?!?! I wish I knew beforehand as I wouldn't have ordered.

I send URL for 6 items i wanted to shop.
Quick respons that all items was available. I paid and again a Quick respons that order was ececuted.
2 days later i received a mail that package has arrived and I now must choose Shipping compagny.
Again Swift respons that package was picked up and on its way.
The whole process worked perfect and my package arrived in perfect condition at my house 4 days later .
