I ordered a Cinderella Divine prom dress from Rubys about a month before my prom (parents procrastinate), and it came a few weeks before in great condition! When the dress color I ordered was out of stock, they personally called me and let me know the other colors available. I really liked how they don't upcharge their prices as much as other prom dress sites and they include the order invoice from the dress manufacturer so you know that it is legit. The only downside is that I wish they were a bit more informative about shipping and delivery (I only got 2 emails, one order confirmation and one order processed) so I wouldn't have to rely on a "the dress will come when it comes, before your prom date" system. Regardless, the dress still came in a timely fashion. Thank you Rubys for making my prom amazing!

I ordered dresses. One has not arrived and the other that has is not the right size. I reached out multiple times to try to get a return/exchange for the proper size since they have a strict 3 day return policy. No response. While I admit the wrong sizing is my error, the lack of customer service/response is not. Unfortunately, I had to reach out to another dress company to see if they had the proper size and may need to go with them instead. 1 star for poor customer service and the second star is because the dress is beautiful and was shipped properly. -3 stars for poor customer service and a dress I can't wear.

I was pleased overall with my order, however I paid $50 for flat rate shipping which was ridiculous.

Fast shipping, great price and the dress shipped directly from the designer. Ruby’s responded quickly to the questions I had. Very satisfied!

We weren’t expecting such a variety of dresses. Pleasantly surprised at the selection. We were helped by staff and when my daughter didn’t find the dress she wanted they made sure we got what we were looking for. Thank you for helping my daughter find her Prom dress, shoes and accessories.

This store is great for prices being low, but that being said you must make sure your measurements are correct. The return process is so costly it doesn’t make sense to send the dress back. They state this on the website pretty much but it’s just really disappointing that when there’s a problem it cost more than the dress is worth for the customer to fix the problem.

Needed a prom gown for my very particular petite daughter. She had her heart set on a particular dress and color. We live in a large New York suburb and could not find the dress anywhere. While doing an online search I discovered Ruby’s. I called and spoke with a gentleman there who assured me they had the dress and could ship it to me in a timely manner. The dress came as promised in 2 days. Even with shipping it was considerably less than what it was at other retailers. Thank you so very much for your wonderful selection and outstanding customer service. I will not hesitate to use Ruby’s again and strongly recommend them.

I had the best experience! I knew what dress I wanted but I only had 5 days until my event. They worked with me and were very understanding to make sure I get the dress in time and follolwed up to make sure all was well.

Ordered my daughters prom dress online. The email communication was very clear and concise, they even updated me when the shipping date changed. The dress arrived in perfect condition exactly when I was told it would, and the staff was polite and helpful.

Had an excellent experience ordering my dress online. The only problem I had was that they didn't have my size, they said they opened my size up, so I could now order it. It made me feel like I was possibly being scammed. But, all in all, other than that the chat person took the time to find the dress that I wanted and when calling they helped me find which size I should get as I had different measurements that were between two sizes. Thank you so much Ruby's. Cannot wait to wear for my son's wedding!!
