The shots box customer service was absolutely awesome! I was having issues putting my order in and they helped me get it done!!

Had problems with the website. It wouldn't take my payment. But every single time I tried I received a email saying I would get the free bottle. I finally got the website to take my payment after sending a email to customer service. I was then told I wasn't eligible for the free bottle. Then I received a email saying I was going to receive the bottle. I was charged shipping and I choose the 60 day which wasn't supposed to have shipping. When I asked for a refund on the shipping they refunded me the whole thing and cancelled my order. When I complained they were very uncooperative. When I left my comments and reviews. They couldn't handle the truth and instead of working with me they blocked me from leaving comments and deleted all my comments. So I guess they only want comments to stroke their egos. What a chicken move to only allow good comments. Delete the bad and don't try to work with the customer. They don't even know what customer service means. If I could have left lower then a 1 star I would have. Save your money folks they SUCK.

Received my first selection last week, what a fun variety of new varieties partnered with some familiar favorites. Great communication from the company and prompt delivery. I recommend this for any bourbon buff! You won’t be disappointed!

Great for gifts. My husband loved this gift. He appreciated that he can taste 10 + whiskeys and figure out the ones he likes.

Amazing samples came with my box. I want to thank Shot Box for putting the sample box together for me. One can tell the selections were well thought out and really provided a well-rounded taste of great whiskey.

Appsolutely love the cocktail popsicles. We got a Box of them and Tennessee and then when we came home we ordered some online. When we got the ones we ordered, they all were same flavours but the packaging changed and they did taste a little sweeter. Still good

Shotsbox delivered my package well sealed and well packed to ensure no breakage of my rum. Customer service was awesome and they are quick to respond. Will recommend!

I would have given a five but since they shipped using Fedex which is the worst possible choice for shipping and I lost a day of work because they didn't deliver when they told me they would since they said they needed a signature, and when then did drop it off they just handed it over and left.
