As a first time buyer I was concerned but when I received my order I couldn’t have been more pleased. Products exactly as described and the care each product is given in packaging and shipping is second to none! Great job and thank you Whiskey Cavier!

I ordered a $199 mystery box and was pleasantly surprised. Everything came on time and securely packaged. I wanted to use this as a surprise for my brother in law's recent promotion at work and he was so happy... he even added up the value of the bottles afterwards and they were $280! Safe to say I made a good impression. From someone who doesn't know the first thing about whiskey, I must say this is a great gift fot those who enjoy a good drink. Thanks to Whiskey Caviar for making this experience enjoyable. It was like a game!

I recently placed an order with Whiskey Caviar and received an incorrect bottle. After bringing the matter to their attention, their customer service team responded promptly, acknowledged the mistake, and took responsibility for correcting it.

What impressed me most was their willingness to work with me to find a resolution that was fair and accommodating. They went beyond simply correcting the order and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome.

Mistakes happen in any business, but how a company handles those mistakes says a lot about its commitment to its customers. Whiskey Caviar handled this situation professionally, and I genuinely appreciate their consideration and customer service.

I purchased 2 Gold Crystal Head Skull Vodka bottles and 1 - 45/47 Patriot Whiskey bottle. I received from UPS only 1 of the Gold Crystal Head Skull bottles and the 45/47 Whiskey bottle. I contacted help support through live chat and they had me send a couple of pictures and to investigate the box. Maybe some weirdness happened with the delivery, but Whiskey Caviar immediately responded with no questions, that they would send me the missing Gold Crystal Head Skull Vokda! I am so pleased with this that I have vowed always use Whiskey Caviar for all my spirits and beverage needs! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!🙏

Great customer service and communication. There was an issue with the delivery service, and they did everything they could to take care of it as quickly as possible. Will definitely return for future purchases.

I bought the $99 mystery box and received roughly $100 in whiskey, all of it standard grocery-store bottles. The math technically checks out, but a mystery box implies two things: some element of surprise, and a modest discount for taking on the risk. This delivered neither. The "up to $999" claim may be accurate, but in practice it functions more like a lottery ticket than a curated selection. If you're hoping for something you couldn't just pick up at the supermarket, temper your expectations.

These guys are awesome! I received a WC gift a while back from a colleague, and I was so taken aback, that I could not wait to send one myself. It is just the perfect "thank you" gift. I finally had the chance, but I wanted to include a hand-written note. I reached out to the WC folks, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. They just shipped my friend's gift, with my hand-written note, and I cannot wait to hear from my buddy! Rest assured I will be using you guys in the future for really nice "thank yous".

They replaced it immediately—no questions asked. That kind of customer service and integrity is hard to find. I highly recommend them and will continue doing business with them for years to come!

Picked up some tequila bottles and had some lazer engraving for a special occasion. Staff was great and very responsive. Quality work on the engraver my family member who received the gift was very happy. This is my favorite place to order beverages and great pricing also. Selection was second to none!

Customer service always goes above and beyond to ensure you get what you paid for and more. I’ve sent emails and gotten a response back in under 20 minutes. Definitely my go to online retailer.

We ordered 3 bottles of Blanton for a great price (and definitely weren't disappointed in the taste). When I went to check out, I had the option to add a tip and I was thinking, "For what to throw a few bottles in a box." However, now I feel bad because the care that goes into packing these bottles, I should have left a tip! Next time I will know better, and yes, there will be a next time!

Excellent customer service. The shipping company lost an expensive bottle that I ordered. WC customer service immediately addressed the issue upon notification and got me a replacement within days. I’ve ordered premium bottles from them before. I will use no one else now. Truly exceptional customer focus.

I’m a repeat customer and, in my excitement, (having found the two rare bottles of Jack Daniel’s) I forgot to use a free shipping code when I placed my order. I emailed them, and by the next morning, the shipping cost had already been refunded—no questions asked. I also received an email explaining when I should see the refund, and asking if I had any other issues or concerns with this purchase. That kind of service is hard to find. I will absolutely continue purchasing my online liquor from them and highly recommend them to others.
