I need to update my previous review. I’ve changed my rating from one to four because they did in fact respond to my emails.
I received the item 8 days after I ordered it.
I did not give them a five because it should not have taken 5 days and several emails and a negative review to get a response, especially as people claim they received their bottle the next day.

I placed an order with Whiskey Caviar and reached out to their customer service and got a reply in minutes. They were very helpful and easy to work with. My order came in amazing condition and will order from them in the future.

Items received nicely packed and on time. Also great customer service.

This was my first time ordering bourbon online. I was not disappointed!! I placed my order a week ago and today I received my shipment. Every bottle was intact and I am enjoying my first bottle now. I will be purchasing from WhiskeyCaviar again and encourage everyone reading this review to make a purchase and experience an easier way to enjoy good spirits.

Listen, this should have been a 1 star. There was a mix up with the delivery (they sent the wrong bottle) And I didn't check it right away. But then when I realized that it was the wrong bottle, I was quite startled and definitely frustrated. I emailed them in the middle of the night a bit panicked. But the staff wrote back right away, admitted the issue and sent out the proper bottle ASAP. I mean FAST. We all make mistakes but it's how you rectify it that matters. And Whiskeycaviar did just that and they came through as a class act! Now go order some more bottles from these guys! :)

I had an issue with an order and the members who assisted went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure things were fixed. Absolutely 150% happy with the resolution and assistance.

Ordered a bottle for Father's day to arrive right on time with 5 day shipping. Almost 2 weeks go by and nothing. Reached out to them and as soon as I reach out I get an email that the shipping label has been created. They only offered to refund the shipping which is a given because its obviously 10 days past the time it shouldve arrived. Only order if you have about a month to wait.

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered the product and within a day or two they had shipped the product to me and it came quickly and very well packaged. Of course, the product that I ordered in there was what I wanted and loved. I will be ordering from them again, and I will order other products to try because the company stands by Good quality and good customer service. Highly recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a 3 bottle bundle of Pappy Van Winkle (10, 12 and 15 years) yesterday morning and received my order today, (the next day) in a perfectly packed package. Excellent customer service and I will be ordering from them again.

With Eagle Rare so hard to find, and some historical older reviews on reddit I had some doubt so reached out personally. What an amazing experience. WC customer service responded immediately, and helped ensure my order went out the next business day. Everything they said they could get they got! Perfect communcation, it was tendered to UPS for next day air and arrived in perfect condition-- bottles each in their bubble shroud. I can't way enough good things about my experience! I'll definitely be a WC customer again!

Whiskey Caviar helped make my nephew’s 40th birthday extra special! It was difficult to find a merchant that carried Basil Hayden 10-year-old Bourbon and would ship it to another state. Whiskey Caviar not only did both, but also exceeded my expectations by ensuring the whiskey and special glass arrived securely on my nephew's birthday. He was extremely pleased and so am I!

Ordered a TKO from Whiskey Caviar. Was shipped next day and arrived on Friday. Excellent customer service, and their prices are much more affordable than other online retailers. I’ll be using them for all bourbon that I can’t source locally!!! Cheers!

Superior customer service! Ended up with a mispulled bottle, shot them an email and they responded immediately and got me taken care of. Can’t ask for more than that! I’ll be a lifelong customer!

Blantons bottle resealed with Saran Wrap and electrical tape. Should have known it was scam. Just realized as I’m opening 12/27/2024

Ordered a 5 bottle bourbon set for husband for Christmas. Mostly bourbons we could not get locally. Not cheap, but … Shipped promptly, packed VERY well. Delivered in 5 working days. You would not have known the box was liquor. Individual bottles sealed and inside bottle bubble packs, then box filled with peanuts. This was such a pleasure after last year attempting a bourbon subscription with another company (Pourmore) which was a fight every month to get my delivery.

They shipped me a damaged product so now I have to find an alternative gift. Highly disappointing. No damaged to shipping box so this means they knowingly shipped something with a crack in the shell holding the bottle. Do not order! These are some deliberate scammers. Trust the others who also left negative reviews of this company. Poor service and the products are worse.
