I placed my first order and received everything exactly how it should have been. They have nice options for expedited shipping, which I took advantage of to make sure it was here, as these items are gifts. These items are exactly what was described. They were packaged very well and they arrived in the exact time it said it would.. I give them a 10/10 & will be a return customer.

I need to revise a review I posted several weeks ago. After leaving the review about my disappointment with customer service they did reach out to me and offered to replace the damaged product. They were professional and accommodating. I feel comfortable buying from them again. They have a great selection of product.

Whiskey Caviar had a hard to find bottle that we had been looking all over for. I was worried about shipping this bottle across the US but was pleasantly surprised at how it was packaged and received even in the middle of a snow storm, in perfect condition. Appreciate it. Going to make a great birthday gift.

The cigars were pretty dry after shipping. I emailed them, got an immediate response and a credit. Customer service was excellent!

I ordered a bottle of high end bourbon and it got redirected to a different address without anyone’s consent from either party. Whiskey Caviar immediately took corrective action and sent out another bottle UPS 2 day air with no additional cost to me. That is top notch service!

Order a bottle of Pappy Lot b and they shipped it out the next day. I received the bottle 3 business days after I order and they upgraded my shipping to 2nd day air. The bottle was well packaged to protect the bottle from breaking. I would highly recommend Whiskey Caviar for all your high end alcohol.

These people are Scammers. Beware using their shipping insurance! Purchased it and my package was marked “delivered” but my signature wasn’t obtained. Instead of keeping the package and coming back for my signature, the carrier left the package. Whiskey Caviar’s own website says a package is lost if it’s been marked “delivered” but hasn’t been found within 7 days. They’re currently refusing to honor their own insurance policy even though they’re aware my signature wasn’t obtained.

I made a last-minute order for 1 bottle of a hard to find cordial (Aquavit, from Denmark) to have on hand for a small family reunion. I paid for faster shipping (within 5 business days), but when I expressed concern that may be too late, the shipping dept. graciously gave me a further expedited shipping at no additional cost. And the product was delivered in 3 days, intact, just in time to be enjoyed. Excellently done, great customer service!

There was an issue with delivering my niece's 21st birthday present, but I got a prompt response and the gift was delivered today. Great customer service!

I had a wonderful experience working directly with the customer support team to select and ship over 10 different items to 10 different locations with gift wrapping and individual messages.

I even had a last minute change and one of the bottles I had already purchased could not be shipped to my recipient and they refunded the charge for that bottle immediately.

I would highly recommend working with them, especially if you're doing any client gifting with specific alcohol preferences. It was a great experience and cut down on my manual labor exponentially!

I wanted to take an opportunity to share the great experience I receive not only ordered this whiskey, but the excellent delivery of it. The packaging was impressive and the delivery of it was put together well and protected it from becoming damaged. I look forward to trying it and I recommend the company to anyone interested. Sent item to wrong address, take no responsibility for their errors and will not refund or replace

I ordered 3 bottles of Bookers and a Eagle Rare variety pack. I was charged $196. They said it was delivered at my door step on 12/4.
The items are not here. When I reachedbout to them for the order info. I was told that it was not ordered from them.

This has been ongoing and now it seems that their site was hacked by someone and scamming people.
I will reach outvto my bank and see what develops.

such a great experience. surprised to see bad reviews. got my order within 4 business days of placing it. arrived super secure with the thick bubble wrap packaging so it wouldn’t get damaged. got it engraved too for my boyfriends dads retirement and it came out so good

Items arrived in just a few days all individually bubble wrapped. Customer service chat was quick to respond to my messages on their website. Would def use again! Highly impressed

I had an emergency request for six bottles of Pappy to be overnighted. I ordered on Tuesday morning and they showed up in the mountains of Idaho on Wednesday morning! WC saved the party and the CEO contacted me personally. WC is my go to supplier now.

Shipping is fast and is packaged well. The WC staff is friendly and accommodating. Whoever does their Four Roses barrel picks has a great palate because all I’ve ordered have been absolutely stellar.
