I had such an amazing experience! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I needed to update my shipping address after placing my order, and when I reached out, I was pleasantly surprised by a near immediate response. The team was so friendly, making the whole process effortless.

I ended up placing a second order for my boss for an engraved bottle of Macallan 30 Year. I spoke with two different representatives, and they helped me pick out the engraving location, edit our company’s logo, and pick out the best color for the engraving (Christian recommended we go with gold because of the gold accents on the bottle).

When my order arrived, the first thing I noticed was the incredible packing. Everything was securely wrapped in these bubble tubes perfectly designed to hold glass bottles. It’s clear that they prioritize their customers and orders arriving safely.

I’m already looking forward to my next order. If you’re looking for a company with outstanding communication and attention to detail, Whiskey Caviar is the one. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Purchased a few times in the last year, fairly clean website, easy to navigate. I like how they offer to bundle products together at a discount. Shipping is fairly quick, I don’t need things next day like Amazon packages. Will order again this holiday season. A+

Communication is terrible, no urgency on resolving issues. Will not respond. I would choose another business to purchase liquor.

I placed an order on a Monday. It is now late Thursday and my order still has not shipped and there has been no communication or explanation even after me requesting info from their chatbot yesterday. This purchase was a special gift that will now not arrive on time. I will never use Whiskey Cavier again for anything.

OK.... I've been buying bourbon for over 15 years. I often get things I can't get locally in NC online. These folks are legit!!!!! Good pricing. Easy online ordering. The packaging is the best I've ever seen. I'm a manufacturing engineer and their method is off the hook... I wish I had a way of uploading a photo of my purchase and the way it came in the box. if you're looking for that special rare purchase... you've got to go here.

Absolutely do not order from this company. They do not care about customer service or satisfaction. Ans they’re over priced on top of it. We order a gift for my brothers wedding, on their website it states that ups requires a signature upon delivery. No one signed for this package because it was placed in the literal trash! It was deliver to the address but placed on top of trash cans. By the time my brother got home there was nothing there. UPS provided photos of their delivery. But I’m wondering why they didn’t deliver it to a door, for a signature. My only guess is that whiskey caviar did not pay for that service. Anyways upon reaching out to them they offered zero solution as if this was my fault and took zero accountability and just blamed the shipping company. Instead of offering a replacement or half replacement half refund, or even a full refund. They chose to stop responding. And and decided to just keep our money. We’re trying to work with PayPal in recovery but they as well are blaming the shipper. Neither is very helpful in resolve the matter. I could maybe understand if this was a 50-100$ but we’re talking 400$ that they think they can just run away with. And maybe they will, but I will keep appealing and reach out to the credit card company that may be more successful. Until we recieve a refund I will leave the review of our experience wherever I can. We have proof of emails and delivery photos to show proof. They seem to be a scam company only interested in taking peoples money, because they definitely lied about delivery service, and they don’t care about customers at all. This is not the Way to do business.

Placed two orders from here. One went pretty smoothly. The other has been a disaster. I ordered a whiskey they clearly had marked as in stock. When I emailed them 5 days later to ask where the shipping info was, they stated they were waiting for a restock. I would have never ordered if it was not in stock, as they fraudulently reflected on their website. 9 days later and all they have done is create a shipping label and have not returned an email send to customer service over a day ago.
Did finally receive the products ordered, but long after I should have.

Always skeptical when using a new online service for my Whiskey but this company proved otherwise with probably the fastest delivery on receiving my purchase. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company is legit! I ordered the Blanton's Value Bundle from them and it was shipped out the very next day and we received it 3 days later. This was in December during Christmas when I'm sure they were slammed yet it was gift wrapped perfectly with a hand written note. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends. These bottles have become so hard to find locally so it's worth paying a little more for a legit and caring shipment.
