Clinician never showed up
Clinician never showed up. When he or she had not arrived more than one hour past the estimated time slot, I called and was told a supervisor would call me back. No supervisor called. One hour before the end of the designated time slot, I got a text saying: Sorry, but the appointment has to be canceled and we'll call to make a new one. As if I would even bother. What a waste of time!

Absolutely terrible and inept
Absolutely terrible and inept. I have had them do 'home health' screenings for a number of years. I have done them to get points or gift cards. The visits are worthless. No tests are done, no blood work, urine samples, etc.. basic! Today I had my yearly scheduled and as usual I was told it would happen between 8-12. First this length of time is way too wide. Other years I received texts updating the time of arrival the morning of the visit. Today, no text came. I waited until mid morning and decided to go for my morning bike ride thinking I would get the text giving me the hour the person would arrive. I got a text from my wife 20 mins into my ride that the guy was at the house. I said that no text came. He stated that the texts are automated and I should have gotten one. I said I was 10 minutes away and could he wait. NO I have appointments scheduled. Well how much time was he going to spend with me??? I said can you meet me then I am two minutes away by car and there are private rooms at fast food places here. No I can't because I am not from here!?!?!? What...no GPS. So he says he needs to go and he may be able to fit me in later. I get on my bike and within two blocks I get a text from signify cancelling my appointment for the day. Oh, this is fitting me in. I called Signify ad their customer service is a waste of time. No help and Latoya kept interrupting me and saying do you want to reschedule. No I call the number in the text and he said he only rescheduled appointments and I needed to connect to customer service. SO he connected me to Latoya and all she wanted to do was reschedule me. She did not want to hear my issues.

They will use the number for Humana on the caller ID to get you to pick up. This is very misleading. I've heard too many horror stories. I'm not about to let them into my home or examine me.

Dr. Robert Lincer is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met in my entire life. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I enjoyed our meeting very much. I would love to have him again in my future. He answered many medical questions that I had and they were all easy to understand. We talked about all of my ailments and he gave me advice as to how I should handle each one. Just a very wonderful guy. You are very lucky to have him work at your company.
