We are mega happy with simply easy refurbs, and I'll go into as to why. We had a 3 bedroom end of terrace house and they turned it into a 5 bedroom house thanks to a brilliant loft conversion. Sebastian was the first person from the company we met, he was friendly, professional and polite. Throughout the building process he was available to contact at any time and was helpful when needed, then we had the customer service team who would often call us every two weeks just to see how things were going. This was a nice touch and they too were available as and when needed. Then we come to the actual project and building work. Simply easy refurbs use a great team of builders who all seem very skilled at what they do, and within the building process from the start we were assigned a project manager and also added to a WhatsApp group which again made communication excellent. At the very end of the project we had some snagging issues which were dealt with perfectly too. The project was done in really good time without major delays and we have ended up with two lovely new bedrooms and a splendid shower room. We have now lived in our expanded home for about a year now and it is Brilliant and no issues relating to the loft conversion have come up at all. We will definitely use these guys again.

Simply Easy Refurbs (with Inspire Construction Solution) recently completed a full flat reconfiguration/renovation and loft conversion for us - we’re incredibly pleased with the outcome and very happy to recommend them.

We were a little worried going into the process as we had no previous experience with renovations or building works and could not find anyone able to recommend a builder they’d worked with before, but the good reviews with Simply Easy speak for themselves and we’re glad we chose to work with them.
Sebastian was super helpful (& patient!) from start to finish and the team was always easy to reach if we needed. We appreciated the regular check ins to discuss progress too.

It’s also worth mentioning that obviously these things never run exactly according to plan, but we felt that any issues were sorted quickly and professionally.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Simply Easy Refurbs (in conjunction with ICSolution) on a loft conversion project for my home, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience with this design and build firm.

Simply Easy Refurbs recently completed a loft conversion & bathroom refurbishment for us, and we are really thrilled with the result! The team were helpful and professional from the outset, guiding us through the design and planning process. The construction team from IC Solutions were absolutely excellent, with expert and dedicated project management from Antanas ensuring a high quality build was completed in record time. We are hoping to continue our home renovations with a kitchen extension in the next year or two and would definitely plan to work with Simply Easy and ICS again on that project!

This was our first time doing any kind of construction as we just bought our first home. We were nervous going into it with so little experience of what red flags might be when selecting a company but in the end, we followed our gut and it did not steer us wrong.
Our loft conversion was completed on time, to a great standard (other trades who came in to work on the rest of the flat would often comment that the work looked very well done). Our project manager was definitely a huge part of why our experience was so positive. Stas was great at communicating what was happening so we never felt the project was running away from us, and when the inevitable snafu happened with large projects like this we were always able to discuss how best to move forward. We had a hard deadline to move into the flat and Stas always had that in mind and kept things moving so construction was completed before our move date.
All in all, we hired Simply Easy Refurbs because we had a positive initial meeting with Seb and because others had left reviews of their positive experience, and they did not disappoint.

We were so impressed with our loft build two years ago that we confidently called Seb and team back for our kitchen extension and would wholeheartedly recommend again. We were nervous given the size of the project and our lack of knowledge but the team effectively held our hand throughout with weekly catch-ups and a whatsapp group, reliable and incredibly hard-working trade teams, careful attention to detail and critically for me, honesty. Our beautiful kitchen was completed to a high standard and on time with clear communication throughout. Our family lived upstairs throughout and were so grateful to see the measures the team took to keep us secure, warm and basically respect our home. Hearing a few other local horror stories of other companies since our smooth project has made us even more relieved that we went with SimplyEasy.

Sebastian and his team have been amazing! They really have helped me through all the highs and lows of the whole process. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, I wasn’t able to complete the works. We recently have our loft completed ( April 2023 ) and we are very happy with the end results. The quality of the work was of a high standard and not counting the windows upgrade that we had, the project was completed within budget.

Stas was our project manager responsible for assembling a team of tradesmen whom were all very professional and polite. It was great working with all of them. Special thanks and credits to them all.

Communication was also good throughout the whole duration of the project. At the onset of this project, Sebastian set up a WhatsApp group for everyone whom were involved with this project, and we find this a very effective way of communicating. Emma, the customer service manager would phone up fortnightly to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Thank you Emma.

Cleanliness was also very good. As you can imagine, any major building works can get very messy. The builders would clean/sweep the whole place including the front of the property before they go home. In fact our neighbour have commented about the tidiness of the builders.

Finally, we wish Sebastian, Stas and his team many more successful projects like ours. Thank you.

Simply Refurbs took down our old extension which had no foundations and rebuilt our dream open-plan kitchen. It was a very large, multi-month project but a member of the team was onsite pretty much every day, moving things forward. They were thoroughly dedicated, communicative and friendly throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was finished before Christmas (2022).

We are very grateful to our project manager Minde and his team for all of their hard work - we are delighted with our loft conversion. Sebastian, Minde and the team managed a slick process from organising the architect drawings and planning process, to all of the building work. Deadlines in general were met and there were no major hidden costs. Our loft conversion took approximately three months which was great, and overall we were very happy with the service and product. Would certainly recommend!
