I have used SimplyFixit for several years for IT supplies and maintenance issues and find all the staff very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
My laptop recently experienced some spyware and the team eliminated it and were able to upgrade it to Windows 11 within 24 hours ready for collection!!

My laptop had no wifi connection so I handed it in to SimplyFixit Bruntsfield. The problem was identified and fixed in a friendly and efficient manner and I would certainly use them again when I next encounter a computer problem.

Excellent service delivered when replacing two iPhone batteries, quick turnaround, 2 hours, even replaced the kids screen protector free of charge!

Excellent service as always from Simply Fix it , I would rather make the trip up to Brunsfield than trust other operators in this area. My phone was fixed in 20 minutes to remove the end of a lightening cable in the charging port. What I like about this company is that they are very honest up front in saying what might need to happen if they are unable to fix the issue and I really appreciate this aspect.
