Immediate response to requests and excellent communication

Acabanes is home from home which is why we keep returning. The facilities are outstanding. There is so much to see and do. Every time we go we find somewhere new to explore and it still surprises us after all the years we have been going.

Nice to find this site that seems to have places not in other booking sites. Particularly liked the security of the Payment Protection certificate, and the speed of responses from the property owners.

We had an amazing stay at this villa from start to finish. Booking was easy, and Andrew was very accommodating.

Although we arrived late, we were immediately impressed by how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. It matched the photos and included thoughtful touches like a welcome note and treats.

In daylight, the property was even more beautiful, with colourful gardens and a lovely pool. Service was excellent throughout—Andrew was responsive, and any requests were handled quickly.

The complex is great for families, with plenty for kids to enjoy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is very convenient.

Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. We’d happily return.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location. It has everything you need for the perfect holiday. The whole process of booking was easy due to the helpfulness of the owners and they are a credit to the cottage as it is simply stunning. The ambudance of wildlife visiting the cottage kept us entertained at night and the surrounding country side was a must visit through the day with the beautiful Glen Affric a short drive away. All and all the perfect cottage to have a relaxing break, highly recommended

Having advertised my villa with two other companies for several years, I turned to Simply Owners when they started up a few years ago, and it was the best decision I could have made. There is always a friendly person at the end of the telephone line if I need help, and their website is easy to use for both guests and owners. The owner pays a one off annual fee, but the guests don't pay anything to book. They keep me informed of what's happening on the villa letting scene, and let me know if any of my information or photos need updating.

Really lovely villa which is both extremely well equipped and maintained. Daniel is a superb host who looks after his clients incredibly well. The villa is in a great location within easy walking distance of Alvor and all that it has to offer.

Simply Owners sent me a circular asking me to advertise through them and providing a link to their website. So this morning I clicked on it and found that they had copied significant elements of my own website in their advertising for other unrelated and non local holiday lets.
My website url is wyreforestcottage.com as the cottages in question are central to the Wyre Forest, which is on the west bank of the River Severn (so in the Welsh Marches). This cottage is situated on the edge of the Wyre Forest National Nature Reserve. My company name is Manor Holding Cottages, as the cottages are located on a small holding farm known as Manor Holding.

Simply owners have used as the headline banner on their landing page, the name "Wyre Forest Holiday Cottages", superimposed on a large banner photo of Warwick Castle, which is situated on the north bank of the River Avon. And historically located close to the Forest of Arden, itself made famous by one William Shakespeare but on the far side of the "Black Country" and West Midlands conurbation from the Wyre Forest.

Under this thoroughly misleading headline Simply Owners have listed a large number of properties with no discernible connection to the Wyre Forest.

The house is magnificent , big and a very luxurious feel to it ! Lovely big bedrooms, nicely decorated.
Owners are very nice and ensure you have a lovely experience in their holiday house.
Love to go back there !

Rented a Villa, in March '26. The entire process was transparent and faultless from start to finish.

Hadn’t used Simply Owners before but would definitely recommend, the apartment we booked through them was excellent , good value and no extra booking fees.
I had to contact them re our booking and they responded immediately. Great customer service.

All went smoothly. Instructions were acurate. Place was clean abd tidy. Response to any correspondance was quick. Some damage on arrival was noted.

Communication and booking was easy and efficient. The property we stayed at was everything we hoped for and more. The owner and local representative were very quick and helpful with our inquiries. This was our first time booking through Simply Owners, we will definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.
