Excellent service - quick delivery timescale

The wig is well made and fits well now we have to see how it looks after washing with your shampoo

I can't believe the service I've had today😃 We travelled from Leyland Lancashire to the shop in Huddersfield. We were met by Sue and given a VIP service, the wigs I wanted to see were waiting for me to try on, Sue made sure that they fitted properly and suited my face, I am overjoyed with the wigs ( I bought two ) and it has already given me a boost of confidence, thank you again Sue. Please don't hesitate to use Simply Wigs, as the service is fantastic 👌

Honestly, the best wig website in the UK. The wigs are shown in lots of colours per style and their '360 degree view' and 'What's inside' features make it easy to choose. I've been using SimplyWigs for about 10 years and never been disappointed.

I ordered a clip it curly hairpiece recently and received excellent service. The hair piece is exactly as stated and the colour is perfect. Having order 2 from an eastern country and return both as the quality was dismal, it's a relief that a small company in Yorkshire is keeping up the standard.

Getting alopecia in my 40s hit me like a truck as my whole identity was my natural blonde curly hair. I stumbled across this website at 2am one night. I placed an order and it arrived really quickly, beautifully packed with a little chocolate to make you smile. It didn't fit, turns out I have a large head! I was able to return it and received a full refund. Amy talked me through different options and I ordered a new one, which was perfect. I've since ordered 2 more from Simply Wigs. Special shout out to Emma who helped with an order I placed this week for a special occasion and needed it fast. This team are amazing. One tip, some colour's may not be in stock, if you need it fast like I did, get in contact with them, they will advise what they have and if not will give you an idea on how long it will take. Thanks again and 100% recommended.

I honestly cannot recommend Simply Wigs enough. The level of customer service is akin to the real British levels of excellence.
I had an event last month and ordered a wig that I loved, it wouldn't arrive in time (my fault for getting too excited and not reading everything) but the wonderful customer service gave me a fabulous alternative which was perfect . Now want the alternatives in all colours 😍.
I looked at another site today because wigs aren't cheap but I couldn't find a telephone number number for them, another site said no returns. I'll stay with Simply Wigs. Excellent advice, excellent customer service, REAL people to talk to instantly and in my very new experience of wearing wigs, a Web site that gives you a so much advice.

Received my Cayenne halo wig today soo pleased with it it's absolutely perfect! And beautifully packaged. Communication excellent and received earlier than expected! Will definitely be recommending:)

Bought a few treatment products for my synthetic wig for the first time on the simply wigs website and the items came very well packaged and promptly.
I am really impressed with the care that was put into the packaging.

I actually don't own a wig. However, their heat protection spray for human hair is rated highly on the Yuk app for not being toxic and I'm thrilled with the purchase.

The items arrived super quickly and were packaged great! I appreciated the attention to detail of adding a Ferrero Rocher into my order and the items were wrapped in purple tissue paper as well. It's the little things! 😊

Ordered my beautiful wig Ellen wille Drive mono part in light Bernstein rooted after speaking to a lovely young lady that assured me my wig would be delivered in time for my forthcoming holiday so I ordered on the Wednesday morning and wow she was correct it actually arrived the following day. Disappointed as I had to pay £15.00 to return my wigs. This is a lot of money 😭. First time buyer/user.

I emailed with a query and received an almost instant phone call. I spoke with Amy who was extremely helpful and also very kind.
This kind of customer service is what’s missing with so many companies these days. It shouldn’t be surprising but it is.

Had my first visit at Simply Wigs recently. They were fantastic. Was greeted by Sue who was just so patient and caring. She was very knowledgeable and I left with a wig I was really happy with as very similar to my own hair. Thank you Sue for making the whole experience enjoyable.

Ordered the Ava bob in a colour that was almost identical to my own hair colour and style.Nobody available as they don’t work weekends.Received a email just now saying it’s out of stock and is a approx over 2 weeks wait as Royal Mail deliver dubious that it will be even here for Christmas.Nowhere on this site does it say it’s not in stock or a exceptionally long wait after they have took over £180. Ordered this after suffering extreme frontal hair loss and a stroke this has devastated me when I’m not allowed to get stressed due to bigger stroke risk.There is zero wigs similar now have to wait over a week for refund so unable to buy anywhere else now.Absolutely livid unsympathetic staff unhelpful cut me off on the phone too.ruined my day as though I’d have a wig in a few days now u have to wait weeks my life is now ruined as starting with agoraphobia.Do not shop here🥲

Excellent returns policy if the Wig doesn't quite suit you. Very fast turnover. High quality wigs. Excellent website which really gives the consumer the best online experience possible. Most important is the friendly voice ( human) to chat to for advice 😆 All in all a fantastic family owned British Company! Well Done Simply Wigs!!
