I recently bought a new car from sinclair direct and I could not recommend them enough. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. I dealt with Rob, who was brilliant. The car was pristine when I collected it. They removed some stone chips from the bonnet beforehand as part of the service. Rob was professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. I love that there was no hard sell (as I have experienced before - you couldn't write it) would definitely return 10/10.

He took the time to answer all my questions clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pushed into a decision, which made the experience genuinely enjoyable and stress free.

The service overall was excellent, including the free delivery of the car, which was handled smoothly and exactly as promised. Everything was well organised and communication was spot on.

Salesman lied about the road tax bracket. I paid £39500 for my car and three times he told me it was under the £40000 bracket so my tax would be lower bracket. When my tax renewal arrived a year later, it was graded over £40000 as it’s the RRP at time of build and not what the dealers sell it for. When I phoned to ask why they mid sold me the car they then conveniently forgot about the conversations we had regarding the upper tax bracket. The salesman in questions manager then told me he sold 250 cars last year ”how do you think he is going to remember the one's he had with you”, and most of our customers are not bothered about the level of road tax they pay. Will never buy anything from Sinclair Bridgend dealership ever again. (They also didn’t return my rear dash cam camera, another lie from the salesman). Reviewed on Google reviews but that seems to have been deleted.

I dealt with Adrian at Sinclair - he was absolutely fantastic and such a nice chap. We travelled a very long way to part-ex my vehicle, test drive the new car, go through the paperwork and we were off again in no time with minimal faff. Buying long-distance was a breeze and I cannot thank them enough for their great service and looking after us.

Adrian dealt with us once again for our car. He is excellent as are all staff. We have always had a quality car from him and are totally satisfied. He is apleasure to deal with and we will contnue to return to him for all future cars.
