Recent RR Purchase
I recently purchased a RR Vogue from this dealership and my contact was James Rousell - I cannot rate him highly enough. From start to finish the process was a breeze, extremely attentive, incredible customer service, superb timing on receipt of information and dealing with various requests. I had a 7 hr round trip and it was well worth it. On the day, all individuals we spoke to were professional and courteous. Despite dealing with dozens of people week in and week out, the customer service did not slip at all. James was a huge credit to the team, but it is clear the overall group is running a very slick and professional operation. Faultless!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our purchase of an Evoque was handled expertly and in a very pleasant manner.
Our purchase of an Evoque was handled by Mr James Rousell. To say he was helpful is an understatement as he went out of his way to provide a first class service in answering all questions in a straightforward manner and arranging four test drives to enable a discerning (fussy) purchaser to be completely satisfied. We travelled a round trip of some 120 miles to secure the car and it was well worth it. Dealership and especially James highiy recommended. Gwynne Jones.

Very satisfied customers
We collected our Range Rover Sport today from the Hay &Wye dealership. We travel over 60 miles when there is a nearer garage and the reason for this is due to Spencer Perks. This is the second car we have purchased through Spencer. He has a cool relaxing persona, not pushy, is knowledgeable and thus making the whole process enjoyable. Spencer even bought in mince pies for us to have with coffee when negotiating the purchase.
My husband is meticulous when purchasing a car and Spencer goes that extra mile to make sure that the car is perfect and all boxes are ticked.
The handover today was theatrical with the car ready to be unveiled. This gave us a Waw moment to finally see our car. Spencer took time to run through everything before we left the forecourt.
We are 100% happy with how Spencer handled everything from start to finish and would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to deal with Spencer. You will not be disappointed.
Also a thank you to Matt Sales Manager and Angus who manages the service section. This is a very friendly and welcoming dealership.

Buying a new vehicle from Sinclair Hay on Wye
Sinclair Hay on Wye had been servicing my Discovery for many years and they were the natural choice when it needed to be replaced. David Hayes helped me navigate to where I wanted to be with regard to model, extras, availability, price and financing. Throughout he was responsive, very knowledgeable but not pushy making buying the new Range Rover a very painless process. Unfortunately delivery was delayed by the cyber attack but I did feel that Sinclair were doing everything they could to compensate for the inconvenience this caused their customers.
