Diabolical experience
Diabolical experience. No customer service. No one to talk to. Car booked in at 9.30am. Rang the day before to confirm and ask how long I would be waiting if I chose to stay and wait?Informed my car had a 2 and a half hour slot and would he complete by 12 noon. I live 45 minutes away so opted to stay. On arrival no one to greet you or speak to. Have to put your reg into a machine, then a box opens and you leave your keys. By 12 I had heard nothing; still sat in a waiting area. Finally I did get to speak to someone, only to be told my car had not been looked at yet. By 1.15 I went and found someone else, who then said I was next. Told them not to bother and asked for my keys back. They then had the audacity to say no one gets told it is only going to take 2 hrs 30 minutes. If they had not said this I would have arranged for a lift to return home and go back in to get the car. Customer service absolutely shocking! Bought my car from here will NOT be returning here again to purchase a car or for anything else. A very angry customer!!!!!

As with all my previous experience with the Sinclair Group, totally transparent and accommodating throughout.
My recent purchase was the first time I have bought from Sinclair Seat Swansea, but it definitely won't be my last.
I dealt with Teri and she was excellent throughout the whole process. She even offered to pick me up from Swansea train station on the day I collected my vehicle.
I rarely leave reviews but I felt it necessary after my recent dealings with Sinclair Seat Swansea....... 5 🌟 from me

Main dealer reassurance.
Very helpful sales people and the handover lady was brilliant. Unfortunately some of the defects we asked to be rectified were not carried out,leaving us waiting while the work was hurriedly carried out.shame as it spoilt the pleasure of collecting my daughters new car.

Diagnostic testing
Took my car Arona in for diagnostic test as several warning slights intermittently on dashboard. They couldn’t diagnose any fault but I was charged over £300.
Problem persisted and an independent mechanic identified it as ABS sensor immediately, and replaced which has solved all the issues.
I fail to understand why a SEAT dealer could not think this through and offer to replace the sensor. They were unwilling to do anything unless the warnings were on when I went in to them - even though i took a photo to show them.
Emails to customer service were irritating as they failed to understand my issues with the experience.
I wouldn’t go back to them….. be careful if you use a manufacturer’s dealership.
