The paperwork for quick, simple, easy to follow for first time home buyers and Sistar Team (kudos to Ashley, Rashmi and Rajeev) did a fabulous job of keep us informed and doing the necessary handholding on each step. Best rates in the market, and no other lender was even close to offer such a rate. I was able to close a house with jumbo loan, with no points, and very competitive rates for most of the loan costs. Overall, it felt surprising to have such good low rates or numbers. Thanks to Rajeev and his team!

Please stay away from this guy, worse customer service. A lengthy process and all they care about is making money on point rather than satisfying a client they will push the date until the closing final date then you have to rush close they will change the closing cost as they wish. When I started my loan application they softly and nicely told me we will give a very good closing cost, but the reality is he will cheat me.
I would never recommend this company to anyone to use. They never once offered to do anything nice for me due to all of my issues. They deserve this complaint and I hope it keeps others away from using them.

I usually don't leave reviews but I couldn't resist for this one. My wife and I used Sistar mortgage for our last two homes and the process was fantastic! The team at Sistar was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and understood how to keep everything moving into the next step. The rate they offered was very competitive and the fees were minimal. I absolutely plan to use them again for our next house, and recommend them to everyone.

Rajeev, Isha and the team did a fantastic job in closing my loan in a shorter span of time. They also provided me the best product with better than market rate. They beat all the other rate quotes I have received hands down. Though they are out of state for me and based in MI, they provided me service better than many instate lenders. I will highly recommend Sistar to anyone looking for Mortgage needs in these turbulent times.
