I, my friends and clients received outstanding service from Rajeev and Isha, They made my clients feel very comfortable in a very stressful process from start to finish of loan process. We could call with questions even in the weekends and evenings. We cannot say enough good things about Isha. Without her assistance and knowledge some of the complex loan applications wouldn't have been possible.

Rajeev went above and beyond to make sure refinancing process went smoothly. He made sure that every decision was in my best interest and if any clarification was needed, he got back to us in a quick, timely manner. I would recommend him ten times over.

I had originally been with another lender and my loan fell through due to the loan officer completely screwing me over on my loan. As soon as I found out the loan fell through, I immediately called Sistar Mortgage and they not only took over my file, but they got it done in 10 days! Rajeev and Isha were absolute rockstars and always kept me up to date on the process! I was able to close on the house with no problems! Worst mortgage company

Rajeev and his team who did my home equity. They did everything on timely manner and every single person in the team was very helpful. One of my family member had refer me to Rajeev because they were very happy about Sistar Mortgage And I personally have a great experience Sistar Mortgage is the way to go!!!

Ryan Neading at Sistar Mortgage is one guy who has the right ingredients. I am fortunate to have had his assistance in obtaining a mortgage. Creative arrangements that really work are terrific. He not only knows how to work without a typical cookie cutter, but also communicates clearly and patiently, educating thoroughly all the way through the process. In the future, I'll definitely ask him to be head baker in my mortgage kitchen!

I am very happy with the overall process and especially the use of portal for sharing the documents. The cool feature is the milestone update to have insights at what stage the mortgage process is in.. Also the support from Rajeev and his team Brittania and Isha was amazing and very responsive with clear communications... There was a bit of hicupp at the last stage for underwriter approval but it was understandable due to my specific case.. But having the loan closed on the closing date was a big relief and thats what matters the most in the end.. I wish i could better loan interest rates considering my good score.. But overall the process, communication, sharing of status and documentation etc. were all pretty smooth and well informed.. Great job by entire team and i appreciate all the help and support provided in getting us our new home..I am very satisified and happy!

WHAT A JOKE. RUN AWAY FROM EMPLOYMENT WITH THEM. RUN AWAY AS A CLIENT. NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTS. THEY DELAY LOANS FOR BRANCH BENEFIT, THEY LIE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES ABOUT PAY UNTIL A LOAN FUNDS (IF EVER) AND THEN DENY PAYING THEM. COMPLAINTS WILL BE FILED. AND SHOULD BE FILED FOR ALL FAILURES TO FOLLOW THROUGH FOR CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES. DENYING DRAW PAY WHEN NO LEADS WERE BROUGHT IN BY THE COMPANY IS NOT ONLY NOT FAIR, BUT UNETHICAL.

Brian worked so hard with us to make us own this townhouse.
We thank him and Sister Mortgage for all the good work, efforts time and all the great help at all times.

First of all, these folks are really nice, laid back and I felt totally comfortable there, they even let my dog come with me. Nothing ever goes off without hitches, but we were able to jump those hurdles and get the job done. I'm very happy with my experience. I can be a tough cookie and Daisy put up with me.
