There were some issues with the seller’s side which caused hold ups, and Sistar was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. It took them over six months to get back to me. They reached out to my insurance without checking with me. I ended up going to another company for my refinance.

I was hassled unnecessarily in the verification documents. Further, I was promised I would get a $1500 credit by the agent. He did not keep his promise at the end. The rate of interest as well was never revised although it did go down for a while.
