Their sizing chart is way off for one ! Two after I returned the wrong size jacket and received the new one , a button popped off just attempting to button it , it's a cheaply crafted over priced piece of shit . Doesn't not protect against cooler weather and so bulky you don't have room for layers under . As a seasoned rider ,I highly recommend not buying from this brand .
Poor product..
Poor product... I reached out to them about my "armored bomber" jacket falling apart after only 2 months of wear and they told me to "buy a new jacket" but they would give me "10% off".
I don't ride often, maybe a few times a month but my the seams on the jacket arms were split from just putting it on and off. Completely shredded. I only wish i could add images here...
The jacket looks amazing but its made of poor material and is falling apart. It would be 1 star otherwise. Best of luck to those who hope this will protect them in an accident.
I ordered a rosary necklace at €139
I ordered a rosary necklace at €139. It was delivered to the UK after 3 weeks of ordering. Delivery was free but I received a request from CCL a customs clearing company to pay VAT import duty and a service charge. This came to just over £70. When I challenged the charge I could see that Skull Rider had declared there were two necklaces in the package and I was ordered to pay VAT on €278 worth of goods. I was told I must pay the charge and to query it with Skull Rider. Two emails to Skull Rider requesting they sort this out has resulted in no reply from the company. I'm now having to take this matter through a dispute with PayPal as well as HMRC. Avoid this company at all costs until they sort out their customer service and put right their mistakes.

Sorry but I would steer clear of this place. I chanced it and placed an order. Was told at that time it would ship in 1-2 days. 10 days later I followed up as the shirt was a no-show. They had the order and my money but "had an issue with the Zip Code" My town has been in the same place with the same zip for 20+ years. I updated them with the same info provided when the order was placed then they replied with "what city".. Nope, I'm out. Asked for a refund ASAP! If I don't see it by tomorrow morning I'll reach out to the card I used and file that way. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Horrendous customer service!!! Never respond, sorry they did but only when I contested the purchase with my bank. They have messed up my orders, have not sent one and although they asked me to return some glasses they refused delivery!

Very disappointed
Ok. I have purchased three pairs of sunglasses previously and love the products. It took a month or so with that order but they did arrive.
I have purchased two new pairs two weeks ago and received confirmation emails.
Since then and numerous contact avenues to see how long before shipping will be, I have received NOTHING !! No communication at all.
Even asked if products not available to refund so I can possibly choose another option.
Communication is just BS!!!
Maybe I should write in Spanish !

Achat effectué en novembre 2020 d'un bracelet.
Moins d'un an après, le bracelet est tout usé, le chrome a disparu, ce qui indique un gros souci de qualité (bracelet affiché plus de 50€...). N'ayant pas eu de problème de qualité avec des précédents achats chez eux je me permet de les contacter. Réponse : nous sommes désolés mais les bijoux ne sont pas garantis, nous ne pouvons rien pour vous. Juste hallucinant... Bien entendu cela n'est indiqué nulle part et fait penser à des produits de contrefaçon. Service client lamentable, site à fuir !!!

SCAM. I contacted them a week ago to organise DHL shipping on 2 pairs of sunglasses, I have paid 270 Euro for the glasses and shipping, since the payment was made I haven't had a single response from them for the past 7 days. Don't let these people steal your money.
Shipping took forever
I'm in the US. It took months to finally receive my JL99 order. They kept blaming a computer crash that happened to the shipper. Such situations are indeed out of Skull Rider's control, but they were bordering on flippant about the situation like, "Oh well, nbd. What's 3+ months of waiting with no clear delivery date in sight?" I guess they got tired of my emails and messages because they finally shipped another pair of sunglasses. Great, right? Well, I also had to pay a customs fee that was almost half of the cost of my order to accept the item. I never did receive the first order going on 3 years later. As such- if you're in the US, I wouldn't recommend ordering directly from their site until they get a US-based distribution option.
Very bad customer service - good sunglasses
I ordered a Stephen James model 1,5 years ago. Really cool lens, very nice design, and I love it. About half a year ago the foil from the temple and the frame started to peel off. I contacted their customer support, it took them nearly 4 months to reply to me once I sent them the requested images about the issue. Then after 4 months, I received the following email: "unfortunately does not come under warranty, since this may have happened for various reasons and it is not a manufacturing defect". Very disappointing customer service experience. I requested a second review and no answer at all.

First time ordering. Customer service was fantastic, quick responses to all my questions. Was hesitant about the product quality at first but when they arrived in the wonderful packaging i was blown away. Fantastic sunglasses, quality is way better than Ray-Ban.

I ordered a pair of the Stephen James sunglasses in April. With everything going on with Covid19, I was worried about how long it would take . Skull Rider kept me informed anytime I had a question. Their Customer Service was phenomenal. I will order again and recommend to my friends. Everyone should check them out.

I have been a regular buyer of Skull Rider products for the past few years and have been constantly satisfied with their customer support services.
I have bought the entire Skull Rider X SJ collection of sunglasses and have been overly pleased with the ordered products.
Communication with the Skull Rider team regarding the shipment status has always been prompt and outstanding.
Although at times I did wait 15-20 days for the package to arrive, it is still worth waiting for their products.
Please note: I am always trying to get my products shipped to my friend's place in Slovenia rather than in Serbia in order to circumvent the extra charges pertinent to the customs procedure hence a longer wait for the package to arrive.
Overall experience - 10/10

Worst CS ever
I bought 3 pair of sunglasses, they never arrive. It shows arrived in the destination country in the tracking, then it went disappear. I contacted them via email, Facebook and Instagram. After the conversation with the CS, they said they can do a replacement. I agree with them, however, they never respond again. I have not received the item after 1.5years.
