Wes was absolutely fantastic in helping set up my Father's in Law's TV package, really helpful. Would definitely recommend him and the Sky Shop in Solihull.

Kieran was very supportive. He was patient with all of our (many) questions! He explained everything fully. He took the time to ask us personal questions and even remembered us from previously. He was well mannered, informative and has excellent people skills.

We visited Sky at Solihull, Birmingham today and we received excellent service and advice. Wez took excellent care of our needs and got us all organised effortlessly to set sky up in our new home. He even helped my husband with his long frustration of his mobile not connecting to the internet outside of our home - he was delighted to now be able to surf the web while on the mobile. Wez was exceptional and a true ambassador for Sky and the delivery of customer excellence. Thank you Wez.

Wes was so helpful. We originally went to the bullring but didn’t find them as helpful. After speaking with Wes we realised that we needed more information than we were originally given. Wes answered all questions really thoroughly and without being pushy. We were able to really think it through. Due to the customer service we received we signed up for the biggest package.
