Absolutely disaster and no customer and…

Absolutely disaster and no customer and technical service at all.

We wanted to add the Sky Ultimate Tv package as we already have the Sky wifi.
We came on Friday and spoke with the Sales Assistant which was more into try to push for add on service that actually understanding our need, we agreed on the contract and we never receive an email with the confirmation (we had received immediately when we signed for the wifi the year before). The solution from the sales assistant was sending us home as “for sure we will receive the email, tracking number and the box by tuesday, otherwise just come back here on Wednesday” Guess what? Obviously the parcel, email etc.. nothing came. On Wednesday after one hour journey, we want back to the same sales assistant, which again instead of being pro active and help us, he literally just give us his Sky phone on our hands and let us sorting out the problems ALONE with customer service for more than 40minutes.
Whats the point for us to come back in store? if in the end this person was of not help and only interested in selling to make his own commission. We could have just call from our home. Furthermore he left us alone dealing with customer service for ONE HOUR ON OUR OWN WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. The end of it was us sorting out nothing and wait for one more week we hopefully some solutions.

I'm sorry to read about the difficulties you've faced trying to add Sky Ultimate TV to your existing broadband service.

From what you've described, I can appreciate how frustrating it must have been to leave the store expecting confirmation of your order and delivery details, only for no email, tracking information or equipment to arrive as expected.

Having to make a further journey back to the store and then spend a significant amount of time speaking to customer services without receiving the support you needed would understandably leave you feeling let down.

I'm particularly sorry to read that you felt unsupported during your return visit and that the experience left you feeling that resolving the issue was being left entirely to you.

This isn't the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand why you're disappointed.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. I bought my new iphone 17 promax with Joanna’s amazing help. She was of great help in finding us whats the best for us and choosing a plan more flexible and efficient for me.

Had such a wonderful experience…

Had such a wonderful experience Mofazzal! He greeted us, walked us through everything and answered questions we didn't even know we had. He was very patient and made is laugh.
