What a terrible experience!
After purchasing dining chairs, we received an sms notification that the delivery will be made on Wednesday 22 April. The delivery never arrived nor did we get a call for an attempted delivery. I called the following day (Thurs 23 April) to enquire, and was told that an attempt was made the previous day, which was not true. During the call, we also picked up that our unit number was erroneously captured, and if the delivery truck has been outside our gate and couldn’t reach us through the intercom, they would’ve called my cell number but they didn’t. No delivery attempt was made.
The service consultant then confirmed the delivery for Friday 24 April. Once again, the delivery never arrived. I called again on Saturday 25 April, and no reason could be given on why the delivery failed but I was assured that the delivery would be made on 28 April. Needless to say, they failed to deliver! I called them again, and was told the matter is being escalated and that they’d provide feedback before the end of the day. As expected, no feedback was provided.
Today, 29 April, I sent an email letting them know that we didn’t receive feedback the previous day. They sent a response saying the matter has been escalated to their branch to make arrangements.
When you see Skynet Worldwide Express, just know that you’re going to have a terrible delivery experience!

I had three outfits being shipped from Pakistan to my home in Houston, it reached Dallas, Texas on March 18th and from then on we have not received any other updates or any thing regarding my package, their customer service is awful and they do not respond. I have yet to receive my package and do not know where it is except its last location, which is Dallas, Texas. It never reached Houston, and they told me that they handed it over to Uniuni to hand it over this parcel. And they also mentioned how my tracking number and barcode was never actually scanned, which makes me think. Where is my package after all, the service is very poor. Do not trust these people with your packages at all, all of my three expensive gowns are lost and nowhere to be located, nor are they reimbursing.

I contacted customer service, and the agent said she would try to call the delivery driver, who is not answering his phone. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Probably the worst courier company we have used. No communication whatsoever, even the agents hang up on you when asking for basic information. Once they have your parcel you have little chance of getting it back! Do not use these crooks!
Skynet wordlwide the worst ever
Very poor service been waiting for my parcel since it kept saying out on delivery. For 3 days towards the end of the day it says delivery failed due to no one being at present during delivery and couldn't reach the recipient. They didn't call nor were they at the premises. We have 24/7 physical security guards at the premises. This service is pathetic. I don't understand why the companies are still using Skynet. They are the worst. When you do receive yor parcel eventually it is so full of stickers stating you were not available.

I am writing to complain about my shipment (Tracking number: 930712414009).
The parcel was collected on 7 March, but there has been no proper update since 8 March. I was expecting to receive it before Eid, but it is still not delivered.
This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience. Please check and let me know the current location of my parcel and the reason for the delay.

Skynet World is pathetic. The second year that I have problems with them to deliver my parcel. They phoned the wrong number then just left it at Pep Cell in our town and signed my name 'RENE'. 😡😡
I am definately going to report them to Nedbank, through which I paid my car licence and also on social media and Hello Peter.
The package was just left at Pep Cell in my town by the delivery guy and for which he signed 'RENE' on my behalf😡, and I was NOT even informed of this. After stressing the whole evening, making enquiries at my neighbours, on facebook and my town's whatsapp groups.
Today, after I contacted your offices again, holding on for a long time, the driver went
to pick it up from Pep Cell and delivered it to me personally. He said he phoned me and showed his phone, but it was discovered that he phoned the wrong number, namely 073 625 1777 and my number is 073 325 1777. My correct number appears twice on the package, as you will not on the attach copy of the package.
I paid for my car licence on Thursday, 26th February, received NO sms'e and only after I started making enquiries on Mondag 2nd March, I suddenly started receiving sms'e, and the WAYBILL number, that my package is made up and will be delivered Tuesday 3rd March.
I waited Tuesday the whole day with my ID ready, but my package never turned up.
After I phoned this morning again, a very helpful lady got hold of the driver. He then collected it at Pep Cell and delivered it to me.
Very disappointed in the service Skynet World delivers, after I also experienced problems last year.
And what about all the airtime that I wasted l, as a pensioner, just to get hold of someone to assist me 😡. Will I be refunded for all my airtime and data I wasted?

I ordered shein on the 23th of January but my order hasn't arrived yet I receive email and Sms everyday that my order is out on delivery but never been delivered it's been 3 weeks now. I just wish shein could stick to buffalo skynet is rubbish🚮🚮
Poor services with no client orintation.
It took exactly eight days to send a shipment from the UAE to Kuwait. Extremely slow and terrible service. Also, it is difficult to contact customer service because the phone does not always go through, and if it does, you must wait at least 50 rings to be connected with an agent, and no one answers the online chat assistance.
