Do not use. Prices are extremely higher than going direct with the same providers. They are fed inflated prices to facilitate discounts but still higher than going direct. £55 after discount where direct cost is £45.

If I could leave zero stars that would be more like it!
Rang on arrival as requested 2am in the morning - actually still waiting for my car at 6am in the morning (literally still stood in the airport car park writing this)
Rang numerous times to be told 20minutes each time…..

I have to you children with me as well which makes it even worse than it already is!

Shocking customer service & highly disappointed cold and tired family still waiting for the car!!!!!

Shocking. No contact number to ring them at stansted airport .
Will never use again.
Want to updated car details as our car has severly broken down and we fly on friday.

I made a mistake when booking online by putting the return time at 11am instead of 11pm. I contacted Sky Parking services via there website & they corrected this within 24hrs with no charge made, excellent service

I found these via wowcher and was delighted with the price how easy it was too book and the communication via email I had accidentally deleted my confirmation email but I got in touch n was sent it in minutes deffo use again

Great customer service and prompt reply to my query.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to amend my booking on two separate occasions and this was done immediately without any fuss by email. I recommend anyone who needs airport parking to use Sky Parking Services

Our holiday was cancelled by Jet2, and sky parking services cancelled and returned our money for the airport lounge immediately without any problems

Fantastic service from these guys changed my vehicle after my initial booking sent an email to ask for everything to be changed swapped everything over for me no problems at all

Booked parking with sky parking services and although the company we booked with them know as luton park and ride at airport caused heaps of problems sky parking services have been absolutely amazing at helping us resolve the issue from reimbursing the cost of the booking to advising us on how to move forward.

They've gone above and beyond to resolve the issue and it's been gratefully appreciated.

Had problems with airline keep changing flights,sky parking were really good about changing our parking and our lounge time, with no Fuss really easy

Following a review of a poor service at the escape lounge in Stansted Sky parking services offered to investigate a complaint about the poor service I received. I have now sent two emails asking for my complaint to be investigated but after a week I have not even received an acknowledgement email!!! They were quite right to identify that they are the booking agents and not directly responsible for the staff at the escape lounge, but why offer to help and then not respond?

1525 hrs on 14/8/23I have just been contacted by a gentleman called Will from Skyparking services accusing me of starting a vendetta against their company. He blamed his gruff demeanour on his Nationality and to say I was disappointed by his approach would be an understatement. I hope the call is recorded as Wills boss should listen to his very poor customer service. Once again I am left nothing but disappointed by a company who clearly cannot take feedback. He seemed solely focused on blaming me and not the fact that after his company offered to advance the complaint on my behalf, they failed to respond in a timely manner. VERY disappointing.

21/08 I have reread my second review and noticed that I mistakenly did not place the word NOT before the words directly responsible, and it is clear this was a genuine error as I acknowledge that SPS are booking agents. SPS did not respond to two emails I sent which was the basis of my grievance but now that has been rectified.

Turned up and there was no car park. Did manage to get a full refund and was also reimbursed for another car park we managed to book.

Such a great service. I’ve used then several times abd already booked for the next two holidays. So convenient, always punctual and very friendly.
