Emailed here over and over again in order to close my account as I am experiencing gambling problems. No response. Went onto chat to be told that account closure can only be dealt with by email. So I told them that my emails are not being replied to. They said its a queuing system and to wait for a response. Well, I'm still waiting over 3 weeks. Its a joke. They just ignore you. Not good for people with problem gambling issues. They don't want to help. No responsible gambling measures in place either.
