This site is so bad. Cashed out for $1,000 after using and 88% match bonus with a 1x playthrough and 10x max cash out. Could have cashed out for more but stopped at $1,000. Every time I contacted support they said the same thing. “ The request is still being reviewed. It is being checked constantly on our end since it is on high priority. You will get an email as soon as it is completed.” That’s bs. There no “high priority” on this site. Management has NEVER responded to a single one of my emails. When I get on chat to ask support why they don’t respond they say, “ What I can tell you is that I don't have visibility into why a manager hasn't responded or the ability to make them reply directly. My role is to escalate concerns and share
any updates that are provided to me.” Then I get on support chat and ask why they don’t respond to emails and support says it’s because they’re so busy and they’ll let them know right away. Seriously a joke. I will never hear from them.
They claim “LIGHTNING PAYOUTS! Your winnings in seconds.” That is so far from the truth it’s disgusting.

These sites seem perfectly capable of processing withdrawals quickly when it’s a small amount, and suddenly they’re also capable of fast email responses when it benefits them. But the moment you request a larger cashout? Now it’s delay after delay, with no clear explanation, no transparency, and no legitimate reason for the hold-up.

They will not cash you out if the amount is over $200 for my experience I have gotten over $2000 stolen from them because of non-excusable reasoning they provide me my recent experience with them was a deposit $49 and took no bonus played it and one $901 cash out they will give me different reason not to process my withdrawal and the final reason they came up was I have multiple account which I don’t have multiple account and therefore they’re not gonna pay me I asked him to provide proof of that and they haven’t responded to me at All. When I come to cashing out $20 they will do it right away for you but would it over more than that they will not if they say I have multiple account they should’ve flagged me before but not when it’s time to come to a big amount of cash out this casino is a fraudulent casino

Stay away do not waste your money, unless of course you dont plan on winning. Once you win and request a withdraw these crooks will not pay out. The terms and conditions are not what they abide by, like loose canons they do what they want. There is no REASON WHAT SO EVER THAT ANY PART OF THIS PROCESS TAKES DAYS. My experience is honestly amazing for multiple reasons, when I first joined I got $50 for free to play the games with, and when I did my first deposit I actually was given bonuses and everything. There’s been times to where I lost but the next time I deposited I earned more then what I lost, whenever I needed help and contacted customer service I got help immediately and not only by friendly people but by people I would consider friends because they’ve always been kind to me and everyone else! I'm still waiting on my withdrawal of $750. I made several deposits totaling around $160. I managed to get a decent winning streak eventually meeting my wagering requirements and building my bank roll to nearly $1000. After removal of the bonus funds, I initiated a withdrawal of $750. That was 25 days ago. So much for a 30 minute withdrawal. 36,000 minutes late and all I get from support is bs about a compliance team or a payout team or most recently blamed it on the game provider. I've sent an email to Belatra Games, the provider of games I play, to inform them that the site was blaming them for the delays. Bait and switch plus pass the buck is about all you're gonna get. If I could give negative stars,I would.

I have had to edit this review due to a very serious issue. I requested a payout for my winnings 4 days ago when their terms state that withdrawals are instant. This is very untrue. I have contacted chat support numerous times just to get an automated response that my request is under review and I will receive an email once it's complete. I have emailed support and management and have yet to receive a response. I am feeling as if this casino is not who they say they are.

Customer service is very responsive. There's no problem at all redeeming any bonuses that were offered as sign up rewards. They like actually give you enough free money to play with where you don't have to make a deposit to your money back and I like that.

I was a customer and I asked a customer service rep if I could get my wife to join because some casinos don't allow multiple accounts with the same IP address.
