Their support AI, out of nowhere, insinuated I was harrasing workers at the casino
Another edit: Notice how the casino has responded to my review and mentions stuff that I do not bring up and has nothing to do with supports quality of job towards the customer. Gaslighting.
Furthermore, their AI told me that it was NOT an AI, so they also admit that their support chat is not truthfull. If they say there is a human operating behind that screen, I want more than just a "im sorry".

When asking some questions to support regarding my withdrawal, I never got an answer to any of my questions, and when I asked the question "can you repeat to me what my question was?"
The answer was "I do not have that information right now".
"mhm.. so you dont know what my question was?" i asked and they responded with this:
"Any form of threatening or harassing behavior towards Slotzania staff will lead to the permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of all funds."
I dont think I have ever been this misstreated by a casino support-"agent" before, so I am assuming its an AI that is not trained correctly because the other alternative of it being an actual human being treating their customer like this, is just so much more worse.
