I had given up on the idea of installing a full new kitchen with the amounts of visits I had done to various kitchen companies including Smallbone but William insisted on designing my kitchen sitting in my kitchen . That made all the difference as his suggestions were very practical .

We have had a great experience working with Daniel who has been very flexible and accommodated all our requirements. The design is looking great and we can't wait to see the final result! Thank you Daniel!

This company and Matthew especially have been a dream to work with. They have incredible designs and great insight into how to maximise storage etc. It’s been wonderful to work with a company that actually makes the experience of renovating exciting again, they handle everything and have made this whole experience so smooth.

Smallbone is an excellent provider from consultation to design, and delivery, and fitting all the way to aftercare and maintenance, smallbone provided us with an excellent service all throughout our journey with them. With are very happy with what they did in our house, they fitted a beautiful cabinetry for tv and books and pictures. Everybody that comes to our place comments about how beautifully the cabinetry sits in our main living room area. I would highly recommend to anybody to book their services and become another proud and satisfied client like me.

From start to finish of the design stage, Jai has been superb. He understood our vision immediately and adapted brilliantly to changes we decided throughout the design. Very much looking forward to seeing the finished product but so far cannot rate this company any higher at this stage.

Lucy O'Brien has been a true pleasure to work with. This year, we finally decided to install a new kitchen alongside a wider renovation project at our home in Munich. Since we had known Smallbone for a while, we decided to reach out and Lucy got back to us shortly. We scheduled a first virtual meeting for the following week where Lucy made sure to capture exactly what we were looking for. She turned around a fantastic first design proposal and rendering by the end of that same week. She made sure to follow up with us on a weekly basis to check on how our planning for the larger project was developing. None of the other providers we spoke to displayed this kind of dedication. While we decided to go with a local carpenter (based in Munich) in the end, we would love to work with Smallbone on other projects in the future. Thanks for the great work, Lucy!

Daniel is designing my new kitchen and has been brilliant to work with. He really "got" what I had in mind immediately and produced a first set of drawings and perspectives that were pretty much perfect at the first draft. His advice on materials and options has been first rate and he has been responsive and great to deal with throughout.

We had a flood at our house in the Hamptons and our beautiful original hand-painted Smallbone kitchen which we purchased in 2003 was ruined. I sent an email to Smallbone telling them what happened, and within 24 hours, I was contacted by William Manfredi who is a designer for the company. I sent him photos of the kitchen and he had created drawings of a brand new kitchen within a few days. Within 2 weeks we had a complete set of plans and a week later my wife and I flew to London for a long weekend to choose finishes It was an amazing, user-friendly experience, and William made what would normally be a stressful experience seem easy. Smallbone gets my highest recommendation and make sure you ask for William.

Steve Everson of Smallbones / Lux Group is a quality guy. I have a legacy kitchen from McCarrons. 10 years on I had an issue with a large cabinet door in the kitchen that had been a problem from installation. Steve not only remembered me and my project but certainly went the extra mile to put me right despite the passage of time and clear change in ownership, which every customer in this position wld hope for but don’t usually get. And both engineers who came to my home to fix the issue were v professional (as you wld expect). Thank you Lux Group and particularly Steve. That was very much appreciated.

Book in with Matt Chambers. He is a super designer, has a great attention to details and is very easy to work with.

We live in Scotland and do not have a Smallbone showroom close to us. The designer who got in touch with us was very, very helpful and with a couple of Teams calls, able to come up with ideas that were attractive to us remotely.

Smallbone have been excellent from start to finish. We went to them having been slightly underwhelmed by other kitchen providers’ designs. I was able to meet with Will Manfredi, who was our designer, in short order and he instilled high levels of confidence right from the start. He was truly excellent at listening and converting our thoughts into a wonderful design. He was knowledgeable, insightful and communicative, which made the design process a breeze.

Once we moved to build and fit phase, the kitchen fitters have also been very professional and have worked perfectly with our builders on site.

All in all, an excellent product with excellent service. We highly recommend Smallbone!

We approached Smallbone because of their sleek, elegant design for one of our projects in the Cotswolds. Lucy has been fantastic to work with; she helped us refine the proposed layouts for both the kitchen and pantry, offering clear, detailed input and proactively exploring alternative options.

Lucy promptly produced CGIs for both spaces, which helped both us and our client visualise the layouts, cabinetry design, and finishes. She was also very clear when outlining costs and providing a realistic project timeline.

We are renovating a four- story Georgian townhouse and contacted Smallbone primarily for kitchen design. After we met with Matthew, he quickly gained our trust and we are now working on multiple room designs with him. He is pleasant, enthusiastic and his attention to detail is outstanding . His patience in working up designs, in order to come to final decisions, has been testament to his commitment as a designer to support us in achieving the perfect Smallbone experience. He has gone above and beyond so far and we are excited to see the completed project(s).

Smallbone is currently designing our kitchen and Matthew has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The team has been amazing coordinating with the primary designer and adjusting elements to meet our needs. We have gone back and forth on several decisions and Matthew's guidance has been critical. We can't wait to see our new kitchen.

Smallbone produces wonderful kitchens (this is our second). We love the design, the workmanship and the service. Sopie Vile, our kitchen designer has been a pleasure to work with. She is competent, courteous, and follows through on open items. Overall, an excellent experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Design Experience

We’re currently at the design stage for our new kitchen and working with William from the Knightsbridge studio, and the experience so far has been excellent. Will has taken the time to understand how we use our kitchen and he has come up with a fantastic design which we are very delighted with.

We’re excited to see the plans come to life and would highly recommend them based on the design process alone. We are very much looking forward to our new kitchen being installed in 2026!
