When looking for a boiler replacement, we had absolutely no idea what to look for. From the first meeting for the quote, Ian was friendly and explained everything to us easily. He listened to what we were asking for and worked out ways to help us.

Previous to the work occurring, communication was clear and timely which we appreciated.

Come to the two days of work, I was expecting to come home to a house full of dust and dirt, but there was nothing! The guys (I'm sorry I can't remember their names) who completed the work, tidied and cleaned up after themselves each day.

Thank you so much, we are so over the moon with the work and professionalism we were shown. We would absolutely recommend you to others.

I used Smart Plumbing for some emergency plumbing work and then went on to a complete bathroom remodel and installation with them. Throughout the whole process all their employees were polite, friendly, approachable and catered for your every need. Ian was fantastic with the bathroom installation from the initial design phase right the way though to the installation itself. Rob the bathroom installer was excellent too together with the office staff such as Angela who was always friendly on the phone. They always turned up on time as well and were punctual. I would highly recommend anyone to use Smart Plumbing for all there plumbing needs.

Smart Plumbing replaced 2 toilets in my mother's house with taller models, a new thermostat to control the boiler, serviced the boiler and set the boiler controls at optimum settings for both heat and hot water. Every step was explained to me in simple, no-nonsense language so I understood why my unruly boiler was causing me problems. From installing toilets to servicing the boiler, each job was expertly completed to a very high standard. I trust Smart Plumbing to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and FRIENDLY!

Millie put my mind at ease straightaway to help sort a very frustrating situation which left me without a boiler for 6 weeks, a calming and knowledgeable voice at end of the phone. Ian attended quickly, informed me of process, what was required and I received quote very promptly same day.
Nathan and Charlie spent 2 days installing new Worcester boiler, very efficient and hard working and kept me updated throughout. Philip worked on roof/flue on 2nd day, very much appreciated and many thanks to all involved.

Excellent initial response from Karl. Ian fitted the Ideal Vogue Max 40KW Combi Boiler. He arrived on time. Removed my old freestanding boiler and did a brilliant job fitting the new boiler. Including fitting a new Ideal horizontal flue. Explained perfectly how to operate the boiler and the Tado wifi thermostat, including the Tado iPhone app. Perfect from start to finish. Love being able to use my iPhone to operate my heating including remotely when not at home. Excellent from start to finish. The boiler is perfect for our 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms; our heating and hot water supply is exactly what I hoped for. Would 100% recommend Smart Plumbing!

Fast quote and response, was able to book in for following day which was great as it was close to zero degrees outside and I had no heating or hot water! A text message was sent when the engineer were on their way, and they arrived promptly. Courteous and tidy, very knowledgeable and helpful to get the new controls to connect to my wi-fi. I can not complement this company enough for the service from first point of contact to completion. I have already asked them about my annual service, which I have been told they will send me a reminder out. Couldn’t ask for an easier ride!

Highly recommended. No heating or hot water because the programmer unit had blown. We assumed it would take days to get it sorted, but Millie
took the part number, phoned one of the team who was on another job in Canterbury. He picked one up, and was able to fit it (during another power-cut!) on his way home. Brilliant service from an efficient and friendly family firm.

Had a plumber at ours within an hour of calling, repaired the leak, changed some parts, all done and dusted in about an hour. Polite, friendly staff. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends/family.

After my boiler failed Smart were prompt, efficient and friendly. They even provided 3 electric heaters FOC to help keep the house warm until the replacement boiler was fitted.

I needed a new gas boiler as my existing one had failed dramatically steam and water all over the kitchen. I spoke to Karl at Smart plumbing after being let down by another plumber,explained the situation and he said he would be round in a couple of hours. he duly arrived and assessed the work involved and within 30 minutes of leaving I had a fixed quote by e-mail. On the day of the installation Ian from SMART plumbing arrived bang on 08:30am as promised, he was polite and friendly doing a great job of fitting my new Atag combination boiler which he had up and running by early afternoon. Excellent work by Smart plumbing would highly recommend.

I have just used Smart plumbing to replace a boiler and install a fire and extractor fan in the bathroom. As what often happens when you have workmen in the home a few issues came up which slightly delayed completion of the work But Millie in the office dealt with all the issues in a thoroughly professional manner and made sure problems were dealt with quickly.All the workmen 5 in all were friendly helpful and extremely clean .Thank you Smart Plumbing would recommend.And Thank you again Millie your a Star!!!!!

I used Smart Plumbing to replace a shower tray & fit out my shower following a tray breakage & leak. During the work the staff were helpful & really tidy. Afterwards a mere repair looked far more like an entire new shower - no faults.

I have been using Smart Plumbing on our property portfolio for twelve years now and also use and recommend them on a personal level. They are efficient, honest and hard working which is hard to find in the industry these days.
