My phone completely died on me. Walked into Smart Simple, welcomed with a friendly smile and hello. Asked if they could just pop my SIM out to see if that would start my phone, it didn't. They quickly checked it's charge and had a quick look to find the issue. Within 5 mins the phone was back up and working, issue explained simply and I walked out with my phone fixed. Great guys, great service, highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the service. Sent them an enquiry, got a call and they talked me through the process and the cost, received a messsge with the details and how/where to send the watch. They communicated via SMS throughout the repair process with a photo when it was ready. Only paid once the watch was repaired are ready to be returned. Received it back by recorded delivery.
